Hotel rooms were really nice and spacious. I was impressed with the look and layout. The front desk staff were very nice and friendly. Will be staying here again when I come back out this way!

Good location. Newer establishment. Had to wait a good five minutes to check in. Not sure where the front desk attendant was. Other than that check in was smooth. I don’t know why she put me in an accessible room? I did not book one, nor do I need one. The room was pretty clean. The shower was not. The bed was too firm for my liking, I didn’t sleep well. They had these tiny little pillows. I would prefer a couple normal sized pillows vs a whole bunch of small ones and try to figure out how to make them work. The shower being accessible leaked water out all over the bathroom floor. Should install a low profile “lip” or something to keep the water contained, rather than build the towel “dam” I had to use. “Breakfast” was cold and rubbery eggs. Check out was ok.

Please accept our apologies for the delay in check in. Yes sir, sometimes our clerks must step away for a moment. Whether it be to help another guest, check the pool area, make coffee, as well as doing a property walk. I can't say for sure where the clerk stepped away to however I do hope it was for one of their other responsibilities. Thank you for thinking we are a newer property, as we actually we just turned 15 years old. I see you did not reserve with the hotel directly, however your reservation did come to us as an ADA room being reserved. Please accept our apology as we assigned as we received the room reserved for the reservation. Please know we can not change some 3rd party reservations after they are made. These changes must go through the reservation channel it was reserved with. Thank you for bringing the shower as well as the pillows to our attention. We will work to correct these issues. Also, thank you for bringing the breakfast food temperature to our attention. We will work to regulate the temperature to correct this situation. We hope to have the opportunity to offer you the service you deserve in the future.

Very little water pressure in the bathroom sink. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the guy in the room over snore all damn night. The receptionist was short and cold. Unpleasant to deal with.

It was a fairly nice hotel but was not worth the price. It was not a 3 stars hotel; but costs $187.00 for one night. Really overpriced!!!

Super helpful staff on check in and in the breakfast area. There is a lovely area out back that is well landscaped and a great place for quiet personal time or a picnic dinner. A few other guests seemed to enjoy that area too. Surprised that my plastic soda cup was not allowed in the pool area, "No food or drink" was not posted anywhere. I literally searched but the evening desk clerk was adamant we leave the pool area. Not another soul seen in the pool during our three day stay.

Everything in the room was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The only issue I had was there should be a rack to put the hand towel on in the bathroom. I would stay there again.

Customer ignored
Checked in on Saturday. Got the boat pulled in and set up- as we have numerous times before. Sparks flew out of the receptacle and it fried our boat battery charger. We instantly told the receptionist- who was going to report it and get back to us. Nothing. We woke the next morning and reported it again- receptacles still open to the public to use and again nothing. Saturday night we report it and get the same story- it will be reported and they will reach out to us- nothing. Sunday, was a waste. We reported to yet another person who was to let us know- nothing. Monday we wake and report it AGAIN- nothing posted at the receptacles and no one has gotten back to us! We are out the hotel fees, wasted holiday weekend and the price of a brand new charged and boat batteries I’ve never felt more ignored and lied to.
