There was a bit of a musty smell in the room maybe from the air conditioner. Not sure if it applies to every room but the mattresses provided no support and led to sore backs in the morning. The breakfast was, at best, mediocre. It was too noisy for my liking, traffic and trash pickup seemed to get louder and louder. The plumbing was noisy from the rooms above me. There was an occasional dog barking inside the hotel (the hotel is dog friendly). The air conditioning/heating was excellent. The breakfast was OK. We weren't able to check in early. When we got there the staff were all down the hall in a room visiting and laughing.... with no one at the front desk so we waited in the lounge until 3pm check in time. I chose to have a king room and when we got there to check in they didn’t have a king room available gave us a queen room on first floor by the Laundry room and all during the night was noise and running water. Got at call from front desk at 10:30pm checking to see if we were still coming. We were in our room asleep! Also, when checking in I was informed about a $85 fee that after our stay would be reimbursed. The walls did not block out any sounds - from the person showering and flushing toilet multiple times a night, the constant elevator singing (I guess I was on a popular floor) and the trucks on the highway.
