Scottsdale motel

The property seems well-maintained and my room was clean. You get what you pay for and because of the price, I thought it was a good value.

Safe location.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Housekeeping.
Location: Close to family.
At check in, staff had to see if room was 'ready'. Under bed unclean. No housekeeping day 2 of second day stay.

Everything worked out and I was very comfortable but the pool didn't look very clean

Excellent location

Pros: Location, location, location.
Cons: Sweep under the beds, clean the microwave, launder the sheets properly.
Location: A great deal of life, day and evening, in the historical Scottsdale Old Town.
Hotel is within minutes walk from Scottsdale Old Town. The room was quite dirty and the air conditioning struggled through +40* C, but the location and very reasonable price made up for it. Staff were helpful, courteous and responsive.

Nice hotel next to Old Town Scottsdale, AZ.

Non-smoking room smelled like smoke, no hair dryer, tv remote didn't work and staff didn't help fix it, all tv channels had to be changed by walking to the tv. Other guests were questionable and weird. There were no trash cans except in the restroom and all trash had to be taken out to a 55 gallon trash can under the hotel stairs.

Decent location

We were only there for about 8 hours. Not a bad room, not a great room. Good for the price and a place to catch some Z's and shower!

Not a bad place to stay

Cons: I just wish that they were a little more specific on how close to old town they were. Perhaps referencing shopping, or banking, business.
Location: Shopping Old Town is a little over a mile away
The room was fine enough. I just wish that they were a little more specific on how close to old town they were. Breakfast was granola bars, packages of Oatmeal and store packaged commercial muffins and coffee. Neighborhood was nice. Staff was nice.
