Not impressed at all! "they only clean the room once a week" I stayed there because of a surgery, what a nightmare. More of a crack addict hotel.

Really liked that my room was checked on and lights turned on just before I got there! Very clean and ready for rest.

Nice but very basic

Pros: Convenient location
Cons: desk clerk needs to respond to guest request
Location: ??
Nice but very basic as there were not even any cup/glasses to drink water with. I reported a bed reading lamp missing a bulb after the first night but it was still not replaced after the second night. The evening desk clerk was very friendly, but the morning desk clerk was "not interested" and the "breakfast bar" was "empty" the second day and I was told "the order was placed", but that did not help us during our stay.

The room had no amenities.

Pros: Nothing. You guys didn't even have an extra blanket or pillow in the room.
Cons: You need to improve everything!
The room had no amenities..no coffee machine, carpet was very dirty, a strand of hair in the bathroom sink. The steps up to the room was dirty and the walkway was also. I was really disappointed on how this place looked. For $65 a night i could have stayed closer to my conference for work at a nicer hotel. Please do clean this place up and put a coffee machine and cups in that room. You should not have to walk down a flight of stairs and across a parking structure and another 50 feet to get a cup of coffee.

Gave room away

Cons: Everything
Despite having pre-paid and being guaranteed for late checkin, the hotel had given my room away when I arrived and would not issue a refund. Ended up getting a room at the nearby Howard Johnson, at the same price. Will never use this chain again.

Not a great hotel

Grab and go breakfast which is very basic. Rooms are not large with average bedding. Our A/C worked sparodically which was uncomfortable. Try elsewhere

The hotel clerk Anjelica went above and beyond to help me. Due to an error in the reservation I booked. Excellent customer service, this lady should be running the hotel. Very nice

Easy access to town

Pros: Nice quiet location
Cons: Counter training
Location: Near big CVS store, restaurants and easy access to town centre.
My wife and I were kept at registration for a long time as the two counter staff had troubles with computers and pay methods. The result is I have arrived home in the UK and checked my credit card statement to find I have been charged TWICE !!!
