First time in Scottsdale, this Hotel was great, it was clean, rooms were modern and well appointed, the staff were very friendly and very accommodating. It is super close to all the bars and restaurants and had a good pool which wasn't busy. Would definitely return.
Hotel looks tired, the grounds are run down and the rooms especially the bathrooms look old. The bikes we used were in poor condition, need tires blown up and seats too wobbly and torn. Location is great, old town was so close. Staff was very helpful and available.
Great hotel near Old Town. Nice staff, great pool.
Really beautiful hotel with tons of indoor outdoor spaces to sit and relax and enjoy the amenities. The 2 pools are lovely with both fire and water fall elements to enjoy. The staff was excellent and helpful. The room was spacious and lovely.
This is a great hotel for families. The multiple pools mean there are not too many people in there at once and the amazing breakfast makes this good for everyone!
This was for a girls trip and we really enjoyed the hotel. Our stay was in October so I know some of the pool things change up this time of year but there was a DJ on Saturday which was a lot of fun. We showed up late so finding a seat in the sun was difficult but had a great time. Our room was clean ...
I had such a great experience with this hotel. The only problem that I had was that the floor wasn't vacuumed prior to me checking into my room, but it didn't bother me at all. The staff was absolutely amazing and very accommodating!
Perfectly fine hotel, near Old Town, but not so close as to be noisy on a Saturday night. The AC in our room clicked on and off every 20 minutes or so all night. My husband didn't notice but I did!
Everything was new, airy, comfortable. Loved that it felt boutiquey. Layout is great -- single story casitas. So much nicer than a large resort with floors and hallways.
Not knowing the area or other closer hotels, I found this small, somewhat secluded hotel was a surprisingly nice stay. Run by a family, it was secure and quiet, with comfortable rooms. Bathroom fixtures are dated, although some rooms are being renovated. Pool area is small but inviting, and continental ...
The hotel clerk Anjelica went above and beyond to help me. Due to an error in the reservation I booked. Excellent customer service, this lady should be running the hotel. Very nice
While the facilities were comfortable. I resent the fact that I was charged a fee to access wifi . It was just a cheep way to get a couple of more dollars. That is one of the reasons I cut short my stay to one day instead of two.
Southwest charm with well maintained buildings and property. Friendly staff at check in, bar and restaurant.
All the staff members where absolutely great! My room was clean and house keeping did a great job! My kids loved the pool! Breakfast was good enough for me. I think the Waffles was the best item. For the price you cant beat staying anywhere else. I stayed with a group of 6 which for sure maxed out ...
