Nice hotel, easy access to Scottsdale Airport.

Nice hotel, easy access to Scottsdale Airport. Clean and quiet room. Hotel food is ok but a little expensive for the quality.

Great hotel! We chose it because it had electric vehicle charging and were extremely impressed with everything else as well.

Great restaurant. Menu and staff a total surprise for a chain hotel. Convenient location, just off the 101. Rooms clean, neat with suitable utilities - coffeemaker, microwave, fridge, iron, hair dryer.

Close to Westworld

Pros: The cleanliness and decor.
Cons: Quieter air conditioner.
Location: Plenty of places to eat close by, use the shuttle. Quiet area.
We were greeted right away and welcomed. Check in was quick and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the loud air conditioner. We enjoyed the pool, spa and work out room. Shuttle service was a wonderful plus. Dan the driver was very helpful and informative. The entire staff made us feel so comfortable. Loved the lobby area and the bar.

Excellent hotel. Love the microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, big TV, refrigerator- also has a safe for valuables!

Hotel turns off A/C for hours at a time

Pros: Everything else was fine.
Cons: Leave the AC alone.
There was some sort of hanky panky going on with the air conditioning. We had the thermostat set at 72. Any time the it showed a temp of 75 or higher, it said that it was cooling. However, while some times it would blow cool air, at other times it would blow warm for a longtime before cooling again. The cooling would go on and off several times during each night, with the room temp often reaching 78 or 79. I know a lot about how A/C systems work, and I am almost certain from the pattern that the hotel was simply turning off the central compressor for a couple of hours at a time, to save money. The outside temp was 107 every day we were there, so this was no fun. It was the second night, after we went to sleep, that I realized what was happening. The hotel staff offered to move us to another room, but I didn't think it would do any good. I would rate this as a "major annoyance".

I apologize, I can only imagine how disturbing this must have been to your stay. I can say we definitely don't turn off the AC's and would never risk a guests comfort to save money. During the summer is when the AC's get used nonstop and issues do arise, I am so sorry that yours was one of them. Thank you for your honest feedback, I wish you safe travels.

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff
Cons: Room A/C noise, but it was 100F+ outside
Cafe food was better than expected and cooked breakfast was also good. Overall, very good

Quiet clean and comfortable. I stayed there for a seminar I was attending and it was great for that purpose. Close to restaurants. The only issue I had was they have a text for service and I never got a response to my request that I had texted. I ended up calling the desk to have my request filled.

Over all it was a nice clean place. The only thing was the next day after sleeping I had many little bug bits on my body. Maybe the rooms and bed should be checked for bugs.
