Had to change rooms twice

Pros: It didn't have roaches or rats ...that I know of.
Cons: Everything.
Had to change rooms twice. The first didn't have functioning AC in AZ! The second one smelled and the fridge and freezer doors had been left open (maybe for the smell?). The freezer was filled with water as a result and I needed to use it. I got a third room which also smelled a little funky but I dealt with it since everything else was functioning. The staff seemed bothered that I had to move. The next morning I get knocks on my door by the staff telling me to move my car. Some of the car ports were taped off because they were going to add new roofs. I specifically parked where it wasn't taped off but I was bothered anyway.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel, the second night we got to stay in one of the remodeled rooms and it was lovely and hope to stay again soon.

Too much a bargain

Pros: Good value and convenient location.
Cons: Room needed remodel.
Location: Convenient to 202 freeway, ASU and downtown Scottsdale.
Lots of low life's hanging around. Must be too cheap. Room was clean but dated, a little shabby.

You are correct in your views. We do need a remodel and have a few room completed (2 Queen Beds). The rooms should be complete by October 1st. Thank you for your comments.

AZ trip

Checked in and wanted to use the laundry facilities. Was told there is some sort of card system{?} in place for the laundry,but other guests had not returned them so there were none. Clerk suggested I use the laundromat down the street. No towels in the pool area. Have stayed here numerous times before. The place is still clean,comfortable,but service has definitely gone down. New management?

We do have new ownership, same management. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. and we do appreciate you bringing the laundry issue to our attention. We will bring this to the attention of our Front Office to ensure they have cards available at all times.

Not for me!

Pros: The hotel has a lot of potential to be a hotspot for business.
Cons: Management needs to be mindful of customer's first impression from the time they drive on the property, go to their room, and check out.
Location: There appeared to be a lot of store near the hotel.
I checked-in and out within 10 minutes because the hotel did not meet my expectations.

Management is aware of the first impressions and we are as eager as our guests for our remodel and the relocation of our lobby to be complete. We are doing our best to keep our rates low to best reflect the condition of the property. Our apologies for the disappointment. Perhaps on your next visit our remodel will be completed. We have been told it will done by October 1 and now we are being told December 1. Again, our apologies.

We came in late and staff were pleasant but the room was generaly disapointing.
