Very Disappointing. Not what was expected.

Pros: Not Much!
Cons: Tell the truth. Found location on the internet, saw pictures, then called to ask questions before making reservations.
Location: Old, worn out and broken down. Run!
Not what was represented. Suppose to have been a two room suite with a King size bed in one room and two doubles in the other...NO KING BED...room so small only large enough for double bed. Only one suit case rack, no closet...only small rack on wall in small bathroom which couldn't even support the weight of a couple suits...pulled out of wall. TV didn't work. Clock didn't work. Doors squeaked. Couple upstairs jumping around doing exercise supposedly. Very limited choice of breakfast items in a small corner of reception area. Very old and work out location. Also, overheard other customers complaining of issues with things not working. Desk clerk was very nice but overwhelmed with trying to keep patrons from jumping ship. Supposed to have stayed for 3 nights...left the next day.

Needed easy access to Mayo Clinic

Posted Jan 14, 2018
Pros: The location and general area was nice...close to restaurants and shopping. Felt safe out after dark. LOved the deep tub.
Cons: Would be nice to have more art on the wall of the hotel room.
Location: Easy on off major thoroughfares; large number of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Wasn't there for pleasure. Hotel suited my financial and personal needs very nicely.

Hotel close to Old Town Scottsdale

Posted Jan 3, 2018
Pros: Quiet room.
Cons: Bed.
Location: Old Town Scottsdale.
Very quiet room, terribly uncomfortable beds. Good luck getting housekeeping to show up and even then, there was no cleaning done, just clean towels and beds made. Room would have been OK for two persons but not for four.

getaway

Pros: location and price
Cons: needs to be updated
Location: location close to everything and free trolley ride to other areas
Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel in a good location if you don't have a car but that it is more of a motor hotel than a regular hotel. For the price in that area I always stay there. Clean rooms but could be updated.

Perfect location downtown. You can walk to anything! Rooms are a little outdated, but super comfortable and clean. Staff is awesome and accommodating.

Even for the location, the room was overpriced for what we got. The doors and walls were smudged and dirty. Both the duvet cover and brown "comforter" had stains on them. The carpet looked like they needed to be changed, badly. We were glad to have the room at the end of the hall so no one was walking by our room and were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was overall. We were disappointed that the pool closed at 10 pm, though. That seems pretty early for hotels in Old Town.
