If you want a downtown experience this is not your place. If you want a beautiful atmosphere with peaceful ambiance and privacy then you might like it. Great service as soon as I walked in. Thank You!

Absolutely loved staying here! It was so quiet and peaceful. You don’t hear neighbors or traffic. There is an Italian restaurant on site that will deliver to your room between certain hours. The suite was a little dated, but still nice. The only negative thing is that we asked for more towels and to have sheets changed, and a maintenance man came and handed us the towels and sheets. We never saw housekeepers in the four days we were there. Overall, it was a great place, and we want to stay again.

I rented this specific suite due to that it had a whirlpool jetted tub. The hot water didn’t last long enough to even have a luke warm bath. The sheets in the bed felt very startched, stiff & itchy.. I informed the front desk of this and the gentleman apologized for the inconvenience and that was it. No let me get the manager or at least call the manager. Very disappointed considering the price paid.

The Inn is a hidden gem! Beautiful surroundings, classy, large rooms, clean and crisp sheets, jetted bathtub. Not a party scene, but a place to relax and enjoy the desert. Loved it!

We enjoyed that our room seemed like a tiny condo, separated from the other rooms by structure style. We had a private patio and an beautiful view of the east part of the Phoenix Valley.

Couch smelled like urine. 7 months prior we had requested a certain room. Request not honored. We have stayed at this resort 8 years in a row. Not pleased this year at all. Will go VRBO next year for our golf trip.

The area surrounding a property was very peaceful. The one particular staff person rolled his eyes at me multiple times as I had to ask for ice usually twice a day. This is really unacceptable for a resort for the guest not to have access to ice. We would NEVER consider staying here again.

Hotel located on Golf Course in the mountains. If you want a getaway from everything this property is for you. However, if you are doing anything in Scottsdale or Phoenix be prepared to travel as the property is on outskirts and not as close to highway system in the Phoenix area.

Restaurant was very good. The people at the front desk were less than inviting. Upon arrival there was no greeting. Departure was pretty much the same no thank you, please come back again etc. the rooms are in need of remodeling, fan in bathroom were dark yellow , wallpaper starting to peel. The room above our friends room sounded like a Herd of elephants, when they took a shower it sounded like a jet engine. For the price of the room I would have expected a bit more, restaurant is only open Thursday through Sunday evenings only. Definitely will not stay there again

Beautiful location, GROSS facilities. Property way overdue for a restoration and update. Very outdated, worn carpets, no ice machines - have to ask front desk, no staff to speak of on property except front desk, no room service, rooms are very worn, as is the furniture, bathrooms are disgustingly outdated and old/worn. Its really too bad because the location is spectacular.

If you want a more secluded location, this is a beautiful spot. Quiet area and lovely grounds. Rooms are big and have a gas fireplace, which was nice to have for our chilly weekend stay. Would return.

You could tell the room had not been used in a long time. The sewer smell through the bathroom lasted for the entire stay we were there. Ran all the water in each sink and bathtub and finally was able to clear up. The light bulbs in the bathroom had not been changed in 10 years plus they were the old high wattage clear mixed with the new. We laughed about it. Very nostaligic.

This resort is in a beautiful area had a problem with the door. The office was closed constantly couldn't get an Uber to come out our way. Other than that not a bad piece of property.

Property location was wonderful, great views. Units were difficult to get to, multiple stairs / stairways to climb. No staff available to carry luggage up to rooms. Older individuals will have difficulty with staying here

Property was quiet and on a golf course. Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't open nor was the golf club dining area. Desk didn't inform of us of that so we drove a ways to find food. Room included a fireplace and sliding door to a balcony. Overall, it was okay.

Good quiet place near golf course.
The room was very clean and I found no problems to speak of. The bathroom has a timer on a sun lamp mounted in the ceiling. You need to turn it on to have good lighting for shaving etc… they do not clean the room during your stay and you will run out of coffee and will need to call the office. They brought mine to the room pretty quickly.
