Great family getaway

This hotel was very nice, the staff are Its key asset, really friendly and helpful especially Chana the concierge. Hotel ideally located close to Scottsdale and 2 hours to Sedona 3 plus hours to Grand Canyon then back to hotel for swim and jacuzzi. Best pedicure I have had in a long time

NICE OVERALL

Pros: Well organized and kept. Excellent dining facilities
Cons: The room we stayed in had a noticeable gap at bottom entry corner area when closed. Pest,security concern.
All was good,especially the dining,cleaning,greeting,reception staff which was top notch 5 stars to all.

Last minute birthday surprise for my wife

Great resort in a good location in Scottsdale, where you can be as active or inactive as you would like. It could be a quiet retreat, or a crazy one. Beautifully laid out with just about everything we needed. I wanted my wife to have the choice of doing everything or nothing and the Omni was perfect for that. Great food, great spa, great staff, great room, great view. The only reason the room cleanliness and comfort aspects were not 5 out of 5 were an issue with the heat on our last night and what seemed to be a structural issue with the shower, allowing water to trail out from the shower into the middle of the bathroom floor. I would highly recommend Omni Scottsdale and only mention these "issues" because I know a high quality resort like this wants to know these things. Thank you very much for the hospitality, we would more than happily return for another stay.

The hotel cleanliness was less than desirable, no accessible music without an iphone in the room, broken table which was never repaired and so forth.

Cons: Valet
Everything was excellent. My only complaint would be the valet. I do not mind paying the additional cost per day, but please stop changing my radio stations. Thank you

Beautiful hotel with Spain inspired setting

The grounds of this hotel are amazing. The energy and vibe are so relaxing . The hotel is very clean and the rooms are extremely large . The beds are so comfortable and the oversized bathroom is awesome . The bathtub is huge and great way to unwind . Beautiful hotel all around .

Great spot, aged facility!

Pros: Location, layout of buildings, location of pools and other facilities. Nice and neat gardens and water fountains.
Cons: Like anything that is constantly used, regular maintenance is crucial to keep the rooms and facilities up to their original shape and functionality
Location: Camleback mountain is less than 20 minutes walk which has a nice (and at some points pretty difficult) trail.
This hotel was built in a very good spot of Scottsdale, and very close to Camelback mountain. The layout of the buildings, rooms and location of pools and other facilities have been wisely thought of. However, the hotel needs more attention to keep it up and running. One side of our mattress sagged like a hammock bed although I have clearly asked for a firm mattress and they responded "We have noted your reservation with your requests". Also, I asked for a higher floor room which I did not get. Two (not ONE!) of the light bulbs on one switch needed to be replaced, which I did not ask to (should I have done it or it is hotel staff responsibility to check these regularly?!). I heard a lot of good things about the hotel before I went there, but I guess it does not get enough attention these days!

Dirty Hotel with Cockroaches in the rooms

My stay at the hotel was less then average. The hotel is dirty. The carpets were dirty, the space behind the TV stand was filthy and overall room experience was unpleasant. We found cockroaches in the room (we have pics) we were staying in as well as spiders. The flies were everywhere including the restaurants and pools. Poor house keeping was also a factor.

I liked my room except for it was near where staff were pushing loud carts and speaking loudly. Also one day my room was not cleaned after requesting it twice. The hotel manager refunded me for that days stay which I appreciated. Besides those two problems I left the hotel. It was extremely clean, the staff were extremely nice, I loved the bar and restaurant, the spa, the pool, and the views.

Cons: Pool service
This hotel has always been a favorite and they did not disappoint again. The only thing that was not "excellent" was our server at the pool... although she was very sweet, she was a bit spacey and forgot our order a couple of times. Regardless I would still recommend this hotel as we had a great weekend there!
