Nice property for the money. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that parking is limited.
The resort and pool area are nice as any other resort we've stayed with. Rooms are clean and the front desk, housekeeping, and pool staff very friendly. Check in and out were painless. My only concern is in the food service areas. Service seemed slow and the food quality only average. I was extremely ...
I have enjoyed the Boulders for several vacations over the past 6 years. The last 2 visits I rented one of the private casitas (homes) on site for a little more room (3 bedrooms this trip) and a kitchen. The Casitas are great in respects to location on the property. That is where the great stops ...
We live up north a few hours and sometimes stay down in phx if we want to stay a few days. We try to go to different places each time but this was a gem. It was beautiful and in a quiet place. We even had a fireplace in our room. Beds was a bed hard but that was our only concern. We will be ...
Enjoyed this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was helpful and very polite. Breakfast in the restaurant was one of the best I have had. At night the room was very quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
The staff was very helpful. The Pool was beautiful and refreshing. I would go back again. I was there for a conference and they did a great job for the conferences as well. My husband golfed while was gone all day and the Casino provided inexpensive meals to begin and end our long days.
When the morning commute gets to be too much, my husband and I flee to 3 Palms for a reprieve and refresh. It may not look like much on the outside but the rooms have a retro but modern feel and are very clean and cold. Given that I remain living in the actual middle of nowhere, we will always come ...
We stayed here because Expedia messed up our reservation . The grounds were nice Condo clean and comfortable. Pool was nice with lots of pool toys and the car taker of the night very nice. Only thing bad was the lady that checked me in was not friendly at all. then they tried to sell time share,
Besides the resort being gorgeous and impeccably manicured, the customer service far exceeded our expectations. The front desk took great care of us and was always very helpful and going above and beyond what was expected. I've traveled all over the world and this resort will always be memorable ...
We stayed here for 5 nights during a busy spring break week. The PROs: the rooms are nice and resort offesr a lot of activities (golf, tennis, pool, gym, yoga, lots of kids stuff- ping pong, hoops). Our Queen double room was spacious with comfortable beds and a nice shower. The staff, from servers ...
My husband and I just stayed here. There is no way I would ever again. This is kinda a retirement home. They want you to take out your own trash and stuff when leaving, do dishes, etc. It has some updates but they have failed to update important things. Tub did not work or hold water. Musty smell ...
Have spent time and Phoenix business wise and never had a hotel experience like this. Room was fantastic, staff was fantastic, complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Just can't say fantastic enough about our stay
Nice place if you're visiting or working in Scottsdale.
Nice property. Ducks fun. Main ares could use updating.
Wonderful experience. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good food.
The shuttle made everywhere we wanted to go easily accessible. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with wonderful views
We've stayed here before in 2015, and the layout was better, seemed bigger. It doesn't seem the people who are residents there are thrilled with renters. Water was cold after one shower, called them, and they came in 2 days to fix it. The welcome basket and follow up phone call was nice.
Great location across from Old Town!! -Old school hotel with pool surrounded by parking lot- Love it for location to everything!!
The food at the restaurant was excellent as was the atmosphere. The workout facility has everything you need for a great workout including free weights, nautilus, bikes, treadmills etc all which are clean and very modern. Overall a great relaxing atmosphere.
We were disappointed the golf course was under construction and the spa was being completed so services didn't start until 12:30 each day so they upgraded us to a casita. We were able to check in 2 hours early and check out an hour late which helped accommodate our schedule.
