Close to RIT (university), park right out front under the pines, inside the first floor has a welcome feeling with coffee and tea ready when you are. In the other room on the first floor you can sit and read, play the baby grand piano or do your home work on the high speed WiFi connection like I did.
Up one flight of stairs is the bedrooms and ours was all set for us, the bath room is large with a tub and shower. Quite, quite and more quite is all about this place. A short walk in the AM for breakfast in this small downtown area, the place is an eclectic coffee shop with plenty of seats and locals coming and going.
Stay here no fighting the crowds, parking or waiting on an elevator or for breakfast. What does it need... you to stay there.
