Great room at a great price and convenient if you're going to Montage Mnt. The free breakfast wasn't the best, but it was OK. Our room was very clean.

When we booked this room, we requested a crib/pack & play, which was listed as an available option at the location, for our 10 month old. When we arrived, we asked the staff about it and they said that’s not something they can supply us with. We were frustrated but made due with the situation. Fortunately we had a king-sized bed, but that was also not as comfortable as we hoped. You could feel the springs in your back… Had a few noisy people Breakfast was just okay, the hot food was kind of cold, even after bringing out the “fresh” batch.

The room smelled very bad, like dirty gym clothes, the rug was dirty with a huge stain on it. The sofa in the room was very old and run down, did not feel comfortable sitting on it or walking in the room without shoes. The floor around the bathroom area was sticky. We booked for 2 nights, but we left after the first and checked into another hotel. Front desk staff was not helpful when I asked if we could check out early, said I would have to contact Expedia.

It's a good budget friendly place but I wish the guy by the kitchen during breakfast was less snippy and more accommodating when I asked to see the packaging of some of the breakfast options because of my dietary restrictions.

The hotel was extremely nice. Haven’t stayed at a comfort inn this nice before. Parking was low in the front of the building, and the back was a little cluttered with random junk. But interior and rooms were great. Will stay here again for future stays.

Considering the number of people smoking in your non-smoking rooms I think you would be better off paying for ventilation instead of covering it with air fresheners. I’m allergic to the chemicals used in air fresheners so it was less than a comfortable stay not being able to turn the fan on in the room for fresh air. Of course I did decide to stay at the cheapest hotel in the area so I guess that’s my fault for being surprised at the clientele and methods of covering for their behavior. On a positive note, everything looks very nice and the breakfast was gracious as well.
