Arrived at 2:50pm, lobby door was locked. Proprietor ansered the door explaining check-in was 3pm. I came back 15min later, he apologized saying he was asleep. Very friendly though. Room was dirty and dusty. Sheets had dust from the walls behind the bed. Remote and light switches were grimy. Lots of spills on walls and doors. Lots of fruit flies and I did not have any fruit. TV input was messed with so it took a while to get that to work. Noise from nearby train tracks and little kids running and screaming. The "breakfast included" was only coffee and that was not readily available although I was told I could request that it be brewed. Will definitely go with another option if/when I return to the area.

Despite obvious attempts to fix-up the property, it is still lacking. The mattresses were old and badly in need of replacement. The bedspread had holes in it. The toilet seat only had one anchor holding it in place. The carpeting outside the rooms on the walkway did not make you feel like you were in a clean, well-cared for place. If you need a cheap place to stay, this might be what you're looking for, but we won't be staying here again.

The ad stated that it was all one level. Not true! I showed up with my friend who uses a wheelchair. The room assigned was up 7 stairs. We had to find another place to stay.

Walked in, noticed hair on bed, burn holes all over. Fridge was gross, was in the room for a total of 10 minutes maybe before we left. Did not get a refund due to the non-refundable policy. Absolutely horrible.

the staff we met was very nice, the room was ok and appeared to be clean however the shower floor was very dirty, tho I am sure they "cleaned" it the room really needed a deep dive clean and scrubbing. Parking was fine. There was a room just over from us that had guests that were having a very loud argument for several hours, it finally calmed down around midnight

Easy off the highway. The property is dark but seemed safe. It's truly basic and they could replace their bedspreads as it had quite a few holes. However, the price is extremely reasonable for a place to lay your head down for sleep.

Nothing worked, flooded room.
This was the worst stay. Flooded bathroom, broken heat, door locks were broken (explained that this was temperature driven), 2/3 of the lights in the room didnt work given no bulbs/broken. Room was 45 degrees until 2 am when the heat finally worked. We never showered here and the standing water rose during our one night stay. Please do not come here unless the above items are acceptable.

Room was stinky, bed covers had cigarette holes in them, mattress was old and worn, floor was just nasty, my dog didn't want to walk on it. I should have left, but I was tired. Shady people hanging around outside the room.I slept armed.

Unless your a prostitute and on the clock, don't bother staying here. It smelled like a dead body, the sheets and towels were stained and had cigarette burns in them. The door was wide open when we arrived and the shower was wet. But it was pretty friendly and available so we had no choice.

Should be condemned
Where to begin. Slimey floor, fresh cigarette ashes and blood stains on the sheets, exposed wiring, worn out mattresses, offensive smells, piles of mattresses by the dumpster. Booked this as a "dont need anything fancy to sleep for a few hours" but it was so disgusting we ended up leaving after 45 minutes and had to scamble to find a place to sleep.
