Small , clean and modern hotel.

If you are looking to relax and leave the big city worries behind this is a great place to start. Please visit seven tub area ( about 7 minutes from hotel. beautiful water falls)

Comfortable stay

It was actually nice me and my husband came in late check in was easy bed was comfy..their breakfast buffet was delicious

Room was very small and a bit outdated, not like the pictures online at hotels.com. But cocktail hr and the buffet breakfast were good. And the restaurants at the hotel were delicious.

Excellent stay with a hot breakfast and a free happy hour for guests. The hotel was near good restaurants and the casino. Staff were very helpful.

MLK weekend trip

Pros: The friendly front desk staff, the Italian restaurant and the pools
Cons: The spa service to be more welcoming of all customers
Location: The casino and the outlet malls
This review is a bit overdue. Over the MLK weekend I surprised my mom, my 11 years old daughter and her bff with a trip to this hotel. We all agreed that the hotel was very cozy and the aroma of the place was delightful. The front desk staff was welcoming and must recognize, Sarah. She was extremely sweet and informative. The two onsite restaurants were tasty. I really like the Italian restaurant the most. The only negative was the spa services. I felt the staff was uninviting and I hate to say this but came across as racist. I completely understand that appointments get booked quickly but I felt when us minorities went for a simple manicure, the young lady at the front desk said they were booked but when you glanced over to the nail station the staff was texting on her phone. Even making the situation worse was that another worker looked at her in complete surprise when she said they were booked. I highly doubt when we go back that we will use the spa service.

Pros: We really like the Casino Shuttle Service
Cons: Hallway signage to the bar & rstaurants
Location: We went to the casino.
We really like the Casino Shuttle Service and the free breakfast was very good.

Great mountain views

Clean, good restaurant choices, multiple bars. The balcony had great views but they were all attached. Also there were no elevators so you needed to walk your suitcases to your room.
