Pool/Hot Tub Great but Hotel not for Handicapped
Posted Oct 29, 2016
Room with 2 double beds was comfortable and attractively decorated; a little on the small side. Biggest complaint was that the facility was difficult to navigate if you have trouble walking and impossible if you are traveling with someone in a wheelchair or stroller-- long hallways and numerous stairs, no elevator. Sprawling and spacious, the hotel has 2 restaurants on the second floor -- food was mediocre in the one we tried but staff good. The best part of the hotel was its gorgeous deep indoor pool and a room-size hot tub. Website mentions a free breakfast, but we learned on arrival that is true only on weekdays.

Thank you for sharing your experience regarding your recent stay. I'm terribly sorry that you found our hotel hard to maneuver. I can't say that you're wrong, it can be challenging for some. Glad you were able to enjoy the pool and Jacuzzi. We hope you will consider us again the next time your travel plans bring you to the Wilkes-Barre area.
