“This hotel was excellent! The front desk helped us book a last minute hiking trip. Including information of how to do on our own if we decided to go the route alone. Upstairs has a cute rooftop bar overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains! It had great selection of breakfast options. “This was our second visit to the Savoy Palace and we weren’t disappointed. The room was spotless and the daily cleaning service was very good; in addition, the turn down service was equally good. We ate at 4 of the restaurants at the hotel, each of which had a different style and feel, but the food and staff were excellent in all of them. The highlight was the Galaxy restaurant on the 16th floor. It deserves a Michelin star. We will visit the Savoy Palace again.”

“Would not recommend. My reservation was for 2 Twin bed rooms but upon arrival, front desk said their information was for 2 Queen rooms. I had a hard copy of Expedia Reservation but there was only one twin room available and the other room was a Queen. The room smelled like raw sewage. The breakfast room had one coffee machine and the line was 10 people long during breakfast. ”

“such a great location, close to everything without being too busy. the hill outside is very steep though! parking was a bit of a struggle on the first night but easy to find street parking - just watch out for the ‘M’ parking spaces that are for locals only.
the room was a good size, nice facilities. mini fridge, electric hob & cooking utensils should you need them. room was cleaned every 2-3 days which was all we needed
the pool was a great added touch.
