Pros: Jasmine was super helpful. Gave some extra discount after the problems.
Rowdy construction workers kept me up more than half the night. Drunk and smoking, banging on their friend's door near ours. Was ready to call the police. I called the front desk and she was brave enough to go out and disperse them. They came back again at 3 am and I had to call the front desk again!

Clean hotel, good for what it was. Parking right in front of rooms, and complimentary breakfast. Ok if you are not expecting much. Nice staff. Only complaint is the AC unit is so loud!

Short trip

Decent price for the comfort of the hotel. Don't expect anything fancy though! The location of our room was far from the lobby as the receptionist put our room all the way to the back of the inn. We also had some error with the room keys twice, but that was an easy fix for the receptionist. Bed was comfy and we enjoyed the stay. Good breakfast for free!

Rude staff

Refused to give us extra bath towels and blankets. Well had stains in it. Sink was dirty. Toilet would not flush.

Horrible experience

The walls had stains on them. The did not have extra blankets or sheets to give us. Said they can only give 2 extra towels. Housekeeping dropped my laptop while cleaning the room, broke the screen and management flately refuses to pay for the damages.

Super Nice Hotel

Pros: The room was fairly spacious and fairly comfy.
Cons: The little knob on the shower could be updated maybe. It was a little hard to turn it.
Location: Nice location! Its near plenty of malls and is a short 16 minute drive from downtown.
I came during the fall months where there was barely anyone with kids on vacation. Check in was a breeze. I made the mistake of not giving my ground floor request at the time of booking but the staff was very much helpful in switching the room for me which they could have easily said no to. They were so nice and friendly. The room was very clean and it was very quiet. The beds are fairly comfortable and you would think the sheets they give you wouldn't stand up much against the AC but it is fairly the opposite! There was plenty of parking and the little pool area was super nice. It is not walking distance to any convenience stores but those are a short drive down the street and then an easy turn around on the access roads or taking the neighborhood streets behind will get you back to the hotel in no time. I definitely would stay here again~
