Great hotel close restaurants

Awesome check in staff was super helpful and recommended the most awesome bbq place I have eaten at in a long time. Two Step was the restaurant. Room was just as expected, clean, comfy.

Run down room ——very disappointed

We have stayed at candle wood suites several times but this will be the last. in our room there was only one broken down chair so we couldn’t sit at the table together to eat. The bathroom had pealing paint, cracked tiles, cracked basin bowl. The had removed the soap and shampoo shelves in the shower so I assume that they were broken. Hallway and room carpet worn and felt dirty

Close to our destination, but well-worn. Geared to long stays - not overnight guests.

Place feels like a home away from home. Could definitely stay here for a week or more

Pet hotel

Expedia didn’t mention all the rooms in this hotel allow pets. Our room smelled like a wet dog. Disappointing stay in an older hotel

Location: very convinient located from Sea World.
Clean room with a comfy room. Employees are so friendly.

Pet friendly property

Animals are allowed in all rooms (we asked). This was not clearly stated in the Expedia app. Our room smelled like a wet dog. They probably shouldn’t have carpeted rooms in pet friendly hotels. Very disappointing and I’m paying the price with my allergies

Regretted my choice

I was disappointed in the hotel. We had a kitchenette. The ice maker in the freezer had very little ice output. There was no ice machines in hotel. I have stayed at other hotels and there was bottled water in fridge. No free breakfast was offered. There was a Holiday Inn next door. I seriously thought of walking to it for the coffee. I should of researched my seArch for a hotel that offered more. I will not be choosing this hotel chain again.

Although we don't offer a complimentary breakfast, we do offer complimentary hot coffee 24-hours, and we do have continental breakfast items for a small fee as well. Due to your feedback we will call guests ahead and explain what our property offers as it is not your normal in and out type of stay, which can lead to false expectations.
