Very nice hotel

Pros: The bed was very comfortable, the room was fresh and very clean the bathroom was ample and squeeky clean.
Cons: The traffic between here and Lackland field was horrendous. The shower ran out of water in mid shower.
Arrived no problem Parking is by permission and Breakfast has to be asked for. The room was near elevators the hotel has plenty of amenities. Breakfast was good. Coffee was strong and good.We did run out of water mid shower..

We stayed in this hotel for my sons graduation from the Air Force at Lackland Air Force Base and it was a very nice hotel

Heated pool was awesome!

I will stay at this hotel again for the pool! I was there January 6th—thrilled to be swimming in the middle of winter! I stayed in the Junior Suite and it was nice. Pros: the room was large, bright, and nicely decorated, there was hair conditioner (which is great for women with long hair), and the couch was super comfy to curl up and watch TV. Cons: the matress was pretty hard, there were several light bulbs burned out, the box springs did not have a cover or dust ruffle (which grossed me out a little), the blackout drapes have a gap at the bottom which makes it fairly bright in the morning, the food (I had a sandwich for lunch) was only fair to poor, and the movies on demand were $20 (disclaimer: they were movies that are still playing in movie theaters and I don’t usually buy movies so I don’t know if that is a normal price or not). The biggest disappointment was an $8 parking fee which is very uncommon in San Antonio outside of the downtown area.

Not a good hotel for resting at night

The sofa bed in the Junior suite was very uncomfortable. It is better to sleep in the floor. There was a religious event and they put the nursery (TWO ROOMS WITH OPEN DOORS ALL DAY!!!!, A LOT OF CRYING BABIES) in front of our suite. Impossible to rest. We don't recommend this hotel to anyone. The manager should respect all the guest and plan ahead this kind of situations.

Staff is on point while the hotel lacks a lot

Pros: the staff
Cons: cleaniless and room repair
The staff was awesome. They were nice and friendly. The hotel room was run down. There was a square of wallpaper missing in the bathroom plus the wallpaper was dirty and curling around the edges. A picture was missing from the wall with the screws still exposed. The bathroom had hair around the tub. The hot water wasn't very hot. The microwave burnt the $3 bag of popcorn. The carpet was dirty. The hotel wreaked of chlorine. The room felt like a cheap spring break motel. Disgusting. We had breakfast and it was cold. I asked for ketchup and never got it. The coffee was pricey but didn't actually taste like coffee. I would not stay here again and I would be embarrassed to recommend it.

Not all services included

Pros: Staff was cooperative and location was very close from SeaWorld
Cons: looking forward to have improvements in above regards
I was not provided breakfast and microwave oven despite reservation at higher rate. No water was given and room was not cleaned properly on first day of our stay, the water bottles we purchased were way costly at hotel than any convenient shop. Since, I was kid i was expecting above in place. Overall staff was good but had very weird experience with Marriott first time.

My experience at the hotel was excellent and my room was very comfortable and very cleaned. Enjoy the staff was very friendly and very helpful.
