Units were spacious, nicely furnished and great beds. Our ground floor room had a porch that opened onto green space. The resort was beautiful! Loved the shaded walking trails. The pool, spas, water slides and lazy river were fantastic. Location was ideal. Easy access onto loops that made it easy to get to downtown San Antonio, air port and amusement parks within 20-30 minutes. There were so many close options to restaurants and shopping.

The property was great. The only issue we had was that everything closes SOOOO early. If you are out at any of the attractions you will miss the lazy river (closes at 7). Can’t get a drink after 9. However, it was clean, peaceful, relaxing and fun.

Fantastic resort for families. The rooms were spacious (we had 2 connecting rooms) so had the full kitchen and 2 bedrooms/2 baths and a washer and dryer. Sleeper sofa wasn’t the most comfortable, but really the only issue with the room. Pool area was great as was the lazy river. Even when it was busy it wasn’t super crowded as there was a lot of space and multiple areas to find yourself in.

What I loved about this resort is that is perfect for family friendly vacations. The pool options were plentiful with safe heights and depths for the young ones. The location is great too for food and shopping options. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We will be returning.

This place exceeded our expectations. I was worried this property might cater to younger children and almost booked at the sister property instead. I’m so glad I didn’t! The property is beautiful and had more than enough to do to keep my very active 13 and 10-year-old boys happy and entertained for the week. They did it all and loved it - The pools, slides, lazy river, Cornhole, horseshoes, pool/sand volleyball, giant chess. We were in a one bedroom in the Mesquite building. It was clean, spacious and modern. The sofa bed and Murphy bed in the living room area gave everyone their own place to sleep. The concierge was helpful providing great off site restaurant and activity recommendations.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The kids loved that they had a heated pool and the lazy river! We also enjoyed all of the different activities that the resort had available for all ages!

The staff was great. Just a few fixable problems. We had a super squeaky bathroom door, noisy neighbors with kids, and a bathroom faucet that splashed out all over the mirror, counter and floor if you turned the water on too fast or high. Overall the place was great We love the fire pits, hot tub, lazy river and walking trail.

My husband and I brought our oldest daughter with her husband and our grandchild who’s 2, along with our 2 16 year olds and 10 year old. It was 8 of us and the 2 bedroom condo exceeded our expectations. It was clean, roomy and the hardest part was getting some of them to leave to experience the many amenities. I can’t lie. The condo gave us ideas about changing up things in our home! The Master bathroom was beautiful! We booked for 1 night and were blessed to stay an additional night! I’m grateful we chose this particular property, and we will definitely choose it again! Thank you for this opportunity!

I was wary at first after reading some other reviews but I am happy to say that our stay was incredible! The staff and service they provided was top notch. Everybody was so friendly and knowledgeable. The room was fantastic and clean. The pools were heated to a very comfortable temp and the hot tubs worked. Absolutely everything about our stay was 5 stars! Looking forward to coming back soon!

The hotel was great, the room was new and very nice, the pools were heated and very nice. We had a great stay. The staff were excellent- anything we needed they helped us straight away. The curtain rail in our room had an issue and they fixed it without us even having a chance to tell them. It’s next to sea work and all sorts of shops. Thee a small Walmart up the road. So only good things to say about the place.

This hotel is more like a ranch, not much related on how it looks on the pictures. Was so looking forward for the fire pit in the main patio and was never on for 3 nights I was there neither the patio lights 👎 is ok if you just want to go and relax somehow. but place is not really a resort.

We had a terrible stay because the room was not tidy and they gave us a pee´d bed by some previous guests, when we complained they suggested our kids had made the bed wet which of course was not true since our kids never even sat on that bed. Completely unhygienic and impolite, the reason for us to report it was for no other guest to suffer the same experience and they more worried about blaming someone than reviewing their faults.
