Bugs

We seemed to have a problems with cockroaches. We kept finding them in and around our beds. Beds and pillows super hard!!!

Hotel needs work

Pros: Staff was very nice, room was a good size
Cons: Fix what was listed above
Location: Visiting family
Shower drips, cold water faucet turns off and on backwards, refrigerator needs defrosting bad, everything freezes in refrig., Carpet has gum stuck on it between the 2 queen beds, coffee stains on bed skirt, dirt on floor in room corners, dirt and mildew around sink faucet, bathtub spongy when you stand on it you feel like you will fall through it. Hotel needs cleaning and repairs

Borderline

Staff were courteous. Room was okay but needs updating. Discoloration in tub area (could be rust), wall paper on wall in room peeling off, sofabed had small tear, corners on floors (toilet & sink area) are caking with dirt. Refrigerator doesn't have freezer compartment to freeze ice packs for medication (for traveling). Only one elevator servicing 3 stories per complex. Not the worst, but could use a good scrub down and updating.

Hurricane trip

I was thankful I had a place to stay. They took pets. I noticed small bugs. So I decided to check out early

Not to clean

Room was never cleaned during our stay and smelled bad. Tons of garbage outside by our car. Pool area very dirty and dirty on stairs elevator and sidewalk area. Wont stay again.

The ice machine on our floor was not working . Had trouble with the key card. No small frig , or microwave .

Dirty room.

The room was filthy. We didn't have bedding for our 5th person even though the 5th person was confirmed with the hotel.

Water all over carpet, offered us a discount but it's not worth the hassle of waking up in the morning and stepping on wet carpet. My kids didn't bother taking a shower, because the tub seemed dirty and not kept well, paint touch ups all over the place of unmatched paint. Just not a pleasant place to stay in.
