Sleeperz Newcastle is situated in a handy location for the train station, shopping and restaurants. My room had a full sized window with a view over to an office building. There was some dust presant on shelves and some area's of floor was missed when vaccumed by the staff, for the low cost it was worth a few small dust patches.

Great location, particularly if travelling by train. A modern hotel with relatively basic rooms but very clean and comfortable. For the price it’s great value. Stayed here three times now and will no doubt return.

The customer service that we first saw could not check us in because we came before 3pm. We sat at the reception area sleeping after flying all night from another continent to Newcastle, England. To my greatest surprise, one day, I was at the receiption another guest (WHITE) came almost the time that we came and they checked him in. That hotel doesn't have anything to host Americans, no microwave, fridge, and the house keepers, doesn't do their jobs. The room is too small, the bathroom is unbelievably dirty and toilet. We still didn't believe we stayed their for 2 weeks. We already, made them known that we won't recommended the place nor staying their again.

Cheap, central, great for one night
Was in Newcastle for business on q Wednesday. Room was very cheap. Hotel is right next to central station. I checked in very late around 1am, desk staff were very polite and efficient. The room was basic but modern and clean and comfortable enough. With tea and coffee facilities. For one night to sleep, for the price it was very good value. The only downsides were the floorboards in the room were a bit noisy and the shower pressure really wasn't great.

I have stayed here a few times and always found it very convenient for train travel and shopping, the hotel has always been very clean with lovely polite and helpful staff, however this time I felt a little let down with the cleanliness of our room, there were ring marks probably left from cups or glasses on the glass shelf in the bedroom and the bathroom could have been cleaner too, maybe they have new cleaning staff that need more training.

Had a full on eventful day, didn’t check in until late. Forgot to pack phone charger but noticed you had USB socket so got charger cable from car. DIDNT WORK. ROOM VERY CERY cold had thermostat high but didn’t sleep well

Almost Perfect!
Nice hotel overall! Friendly staff, comfortable beds and very safe and secure as you have to buzz in past 11pm and confirm your name and room number. There was a stain on one of the power sockets though and a lot of dust in the air conditioning unit. These where the only two downsides to an otherwise perfect stay.

Fantastic location, just a give minute walk from the station. A great check in experience and as per my request, I was offered a quiet room. Which was very thoughtful. The room was spacious and with a great view. A great nights sleep too.
