Excellent property my wife is in a wheelchair and we spend the night there every time we travel from St Louis to Houston, she loves the breakfast.

The rude place.
We were greeted at check in by two rde ladies, no smiles, no good afternoon, no good nothin. Room was clean but had a bad smell. We had reservations for two nights, but choose to leave after the first. Breakfast was lacking!!

Enjoyed the stay. We were there to see our grandson play football at Harding University. This hotel was close to the stadium. All staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is the coffee was not good. Too weak. 🙁

The bathroom had several long, black hairs both on the floor and in the tub. The carpet tiles were so filthy your feet were black if you walked on them barefoot. The pool had lots of hair and rubber bands on the bottom. The chairs in the lobby had tattered upholstery. Hampton can do a lot better than this. I was very disappointed.

The pool needed some major cleaning the water was gross… and there was never any swim towels in the pool area… the staff was amazing the front desk lady older I think her name was Sofia was so great to our entire family ❤️

Excellent location for our first trip to Searcy. Our main reason for going was to visit Harding University, little did I know it was right around the corner, maybe 7-10 minutes. Lots of stores and restaurants near by also. Being pet friendly it was very clean and had a nice yard for our Petey to go to when needed.

I feel the guest gave us a 1 star due to the factor she was being charged for a dog for cleaning fee that she did not tell us about at check in. Management went in to check room to make sure guest had left due to know answer and guest room was called multiple times. Upon entering a into room guest had a dog shut up in the bathroom and growled at the employee. Guest had not requested s late check out and it was 12:45p when room was approached. The dog had urinated and feces all in the bathroom and carpet and we have picture of the factor. Our room had to be placed out of order 2 days to deep clean the room from the urine and feces in the room. I would attach the pictures but there is no wat do so.

Must stay hotel! Well worth the money!
So many reasons Hampton Inn will be our go to hotel while traveling. The Searcy, AR Hampton Inn is always so clean and I love the openness of the lobby and of course the great coffee options. The customer service is always top notch. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The entire hotel as well as the room always smell fresh and clean. The rooms are spacious and love the bathroom and how everything is stocked. And last but not least, we absolutely love the breakfast options. It’s nice to have a real breakfast the morning after traveling all day. You do get what you pay for and this place is well worth the price.
