“The staff was friendly and helpful overall. The room that we stayed in was clean, but the door mechanism was not working properly. The pool/spa area was not clean and appeared to have a film on the top layer of the water. The hot portion of the breakfast was cold, and not cooked fully.”

Unfortunately, we are in an accessible room, and on the second day of our stay, the carpets in the hallways on our entire floor were ripped out and being replaced. We are being bombarded by chemicals in the air, holes in the carpet padding between our door and the elevator, which is a tripping hazard not only for me but also my 86 year old mother who is the……

“Our room was clean. Staff was very polite and efficient and provided us with information about eateries close by that would give us discount because we were staying there. One was conveniently located just across the parking lot! Breakfast was a little light, but we didn't leave hungry. It was a pleasant and safe long-established place, and I am sure we won't hesitate to visit again!”
