"Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The check-in process was incredibly quick and seamless—I had prepaid through Expedia, and my room key was ready when I arrived. I was checked in in less than two minutes, and there wasn’t even a credit card hold required for a deposit. The room was comfortable overall, but it could use some updates. The carpet showed visible dust buildup around the beds, and the shower seemed like it could use some plumbing maintenance. The complimentary breakfast was very basic. The biggest issue was that no staff member was monitoring the breakfast area to restock items, so guests had to ask for things like milk and cups. Seating was also limited. On the plus side, the coffee machine was excellent and offered cappuccinos, lattes, and mochas, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a convenient stay with an excellent check-in experience, but there are a few maintenance and breakfast service improvements that would make it even better."
