We didn’t even stay where we booked cause they said it was under construction and I had to stay at their other spot which was Aire hotel beach north. It was horrible. The room was filthy, their was mold on shower curtain, in shower, and in the small refrigerator. The floors were filthy and their were hand prints on the headboard. Nothing about this place was clean or acceptable.

Total waste of money
When we arrived at the hotel we were sent to the incorrect address and also was provided with a phone number that didnt end up being an active land-line. It took us over an HOUR to finally figure out how to check in and where the correct location was located. I would never stay at this hotel again. The showers are absolutely disgusting, the room bed sheets smelled like cigarettes this was such a miserable and disappointing experience. Never again will i be booking with this hotel again and frankly i am shocked that Hotels.com even promoted this to be something to reserve.

Horrible rooms smelled and upon arrival our room was cancelled cause we were late! Then he gave it to me I should’ve left and went else where. Floods in bathroom and no towels. He started off rude the hot nicer during the stay. I’d never stay there again!

This room would be fine if you are a bunch of guys coming to party at the shore. For a family? Not so much. The room felt like a prison cell. Bare walls, no furniture, just 3 uncomfortable beds, no hangers in the closet, no pictures on the walls, no curtains, etc. One bed was dirty. Overall, it was horribly uncomfortable. There was no where to sit. No table lamps, no bedside tables, there weren’t enough towels, soap or toilet paper. The photos on Expedia are completely misleading. This is not a good space for a family.

Tv didn’t work, no hot water, unstable beds, the outside door wouldn’t open, took a picture of my id with no explanation and made us park on a completely different block from the hotel. I’ve been to this hotel many other times and this by far wasn’t my favorite visit!

This place is horrible!!! Looks nothing like the pics on their website. First off had to wait 20 mins..call various phone numbers to get someone to the check in desk. The room I had was like sleeping in a cubicle..no iron board or iron ..no ice machine..the bed was very uncomfortable..was afraid it was gonna collapse. I'll never stay here again and whomever reads this know it's a waste of time and money to stay here

Just nasty!
I got a 2 bedroom suite that sleeps 6. What I got was 3 rooms w 3 beds. There was no living room area or dining table. There weren’t any type of rugs. It slept 6 but we were only given 3 small towels. The room smelled like wet animals and cigarette smoke. Pool was so dirty. Didn’t seem like the pump was working. Trash at the bottom of the exit steps. We slept on top of the bedding. There weren’t any pictures on the walls or anything to make the room more comfortable. It was like a jail cell. Overall terrible and do not recommend.

The negatives about this place is that it’s not worth the money the ceiling was falling, you can hear everything the rooms around you were doing and saying. The room was no bigger than a college dorm room. You could shower wash your hands and go to the bathroom at the same time.When we asked for washcloth’s we got handed hand towels and had to wait for them to be brought from another property. Could have got third degree burns from the hot water it was so hot on the smallest hot setting in the shower and sink. And they don’t offer beach passes with your stay like the hotel across the street that was 200 bucks cheaper and way nicer.The positive was It was in a good neighborhood and convenient walking distance to the boardwalk.

False advertising-The photos of this place look like they were made with AI filters. Not what is advertised when you arrive. The rooms kind of feel like prison cells and everything is sloppily painted and put together. If you want to stay in a fraternity house this is the place for you.

I came in with low expectations, and they were met. We just wanted a place close to the boardwalk that wasn't real expensive. This fit the bill. The beds were cheap but clean, and the place is a 5 minute walk from the ocean. The A/C worked excellently. The room was worse furnished than the average college dorm. though. Mismatched furniture and ceiling tiles and bathroom fixtures missing. No chair. No lampshade. Parts falling off of door. No coffee maker, hair dryer or anything else. Two small towels. Looked nothing like the Expedia photos in any way, shape or form. Overall, if you would like to stay near the ocean for a couple days on a budget, it's OK. Wouldn't stay there again though.

Do not even waste your time here go ANYWHERE ELSE and get a room you’ll have a better stay. There was no one in the lobby when we arrived at 8 pm we waited over 30 minutes and called the phone number provided on a piece of paper multiple times until we decided to go rent a room elsewhere because it was sketchy around 1 am the hotel starts calling going crazy saying we never showed up when we did we called multiple times and left many messages on there phone poor customer service was charged for 2 nights when we only stayed one because of THEIR mess up HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!! Also the room looks nothing like the pictures do not waste your time go anywhere else there are many more options the hotel also had like 4 different names displayed on the hotel

I don’t wanna sound like I’m too good for a place because I’ve stayed in my fair share of lower priced hotels, but for the price it’s pretty bad. My main problem with the stay wasn’t even the fact the the room was renovated by the worst maintenance team ever, it was the fact that it was my first trip with my new baby and they told me they don’t have cribs after I requested one and they confirmed the request on Expedia. It clearly said on the site they had cribs and when I asked if they just ran out they just said no we don’t have cribs. They attempted to “go find me one” at another property but to no surprise they didn’t find one. Other than that there’s limited parking and it was dirty. But I will say the location was great and cheap. Guess you get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

The property is not clean, exterior doors do not close, locks for multiple rooms are broken, windows don't close, and front desk staff are away from the front desk most of the morning with a sign saying they'll be back in 5 minutes.

The sofa bed smelled and wasnt comfy. They need to put a single bed in that spot. The ceiling leaked in the morning when someone was showering above us. The pool was nice and room was decent. Wish there was someone there at the front desk that morning. The hallways smelled clean. Ice machine not working.

There was a leak in the room right above the bed, room was super dirty. And that’s not even the worst part. My family and I weren’t even able to shower. The shower didn’t work what so ever and the shower was disgusting. Not enough blankets, pillows and towels. This was a “family suite” and not even being able to shower is very disappointing. Terrible experience

The property was not what was advertised to start with. When we arrived we waited in the front office for over an hour for the manager to come back to let us check in, when we arrived to our room we were immediately upset by the mess that was left in it. The only thing nice was that the bed was made and there was a mini fridge and microwave however both appliances were filthy, the bed was made with the most uncomfortable cheap sheets and thin blanket, the bathroom was the worst... Trash on the floor, no plunger, toilet was clogged with feces in it, the shower was slimy and filthy, mold everywhere, and the main room where you sleep had dead bugs on the floor. The room looked like someone barely cleaned in between stays. We are highly disappointed with the service as well. Right away we tried to contact the manager so was decent at the time but only brought us a plunger to use, didn't do it for us, and said nothing about the room which he took saw what we saw.. he never apologized for making us wait another hour for the plunger, he just left. We sat outside on the patio furniture while waiting for the manager. Eventually we ended up staying as most places to stay at in the area were booked, but the manager would not offer any compensation or accomodations. We will NOT be back. The best thing about the property is location, right on the beach and the boardwalk is about a 5 min walk.. we also like sitting outside and enjoying the nice weather however the steps are horrible!

Beds were comfortable, pullout couch was more comfortable then others I’ve slept on. Tv worked well except had to manually turn it on/off. AC worked well. Shower worked well. There were some flies in there on the 1st night but I killed them with my sandal and had no problems after that. Got a parking ticket out front as I was inside getting ready to load my luggage, but I didn’t have my hazard lights on so I probably asked for it. Overall was good for fair price would stay again.
