Very close to the beach. Never cleaned our room.

Did not stay at our room most of the day. We were at the beach during the day. They did not clean our room during the three days we were there.

Overbooked

Pros: Nothing. Also no parking.
I wouldn't know how terrible this place is because when I went to check in, they said they are overbooked and we had no place to stay. We had booked 2 rooms but we had to sit outside for 1.5hrs trying to find another place to stay on a Labor Day weekend. Also, they don't have anybody to help you at front desk at night and you have to call a number. Terrible place.

Great location and price but rooms need work

We arrived early to go to the beach, stopped in office to let them know that we're here and we'll be back at check in time which is 2:00. Got back at 3:30 room was not ready was told it was being cleaned and would be another 10-15 minutes, which really meant 45 minutes. When we got into the room the floors weren't cleaned and the sheets and pillow cases were all wrinkled and the bathroom was another story. Then we got accused of breaking stuff that was already broken when we arrived.

Great for your money

Pros: location location location....area of Seaside is not that bad and walking distance to Boardwalk and restaurants.
If you are looking for fancy...this is not your place. But if you want a place to shower and change after a day at the beach and go out to dinner and the boardwalk....then crash...this is your place! Great location. Nice staff. In a decent area of Seaside.

Underwear on the floor from a previous guest, sheets on the bed were sandy & I am unsure they were washed. Not comfortable beds at all.

If we were made aware of such issues we would have worked to fix it. The sheets are changed and clean between each stay.

The epitome of god awful

Don't make the same mistake we did by staying here. It was gross. Couldn't get any clean towels. Every time we went to the office it was locked. The parking situation sucks. They want to play valet and take your keys from you! No thank you. We paid for the parking lot across the street so we could access our car when we wanted.

clean towels are available when they are requested. . The office door may have been locked with a sign stating we are in the back and again after 11 pm, but there is a bell that we answer right away. we make the parking work every weekend and you don't have to pay for it.,

Just what we needed

This hotel is just off of the boardwalk making our beach day very enjoyable as we did not have to carry our things very far. Our room was very clean and we liked how the sink and large vanity mirror were just outside of the shower area letting us both get ready faster. It is exactly what I would expect from a shore motel. Jax's bar is a block away across the street and stays open very late so if you are not in town to party, you may be annoyed by the slight noise of music down the road but to me, that is all apart of the jersey shore expierience! Parking is limited but the staff accommodates. The front desk offers beach passes as well so you do not have the pay the $8 per person daily fee for the beach. We would stay here again. I feel like any negative reviews of this motel are from a type of people who are used to high rise hotels or even hotels like quality inn, and expect way more than what a beach house should. Comfy beds, clean bathroom, cable tv, and an air conditioner, and most importantly, location, are what to expect from a shore motel and this place did it nicely.

No parking! Beds were terrible

Was there for little getaway and completely disappointed. No where for cars, bed were terrible, shower rod broke and dirty.

unclean and gross

Room smelled like urine as soon as I walked in. Floors were gross; I had to wear flip flops the whole time. Tub was fiilthy had to shower with flip flops on, cars were parked like sardines Was asked to leave my keys at the desk and I wouldn't Was very disappointed that Expedia had this hotel on the list and more that Expedia charged my account more than the what the hotel statement had on it. Location to the beach was the only good quality this place had.

If you felt that the rooms were not clean, you could have informed us and we would have recleaned it for you. Sadly, we can not fix a situation we are not made aware of.
