Cons: EVERYTHING from professionalism, check in, room, bedding, decor etc
Location: Seaside Heights, beach, restaurants
This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. Shame on you Expedia for even having this place on your website! We arrived 1.5 hours early and rang the bell and called the # on the front locked door to be told no way would they let us in to the room until 3pm. Not that they were cleaning the rooms as it had black dust and dirt everywhere. Paint splattered all over floors, bed, chair , furniture. The blinds were crooked and broken. No curtains, so the lamplight outside was shining all night. The bedspread looked dirty and when you pulled it off, the sheets were filthy with dust and black specs. We slept in our clothes on top of the blankes and pillows we travel with in the car. There was no speaking to the manager (owner??) as several times we had to call to get the key rekeyed as they kept giving us the wrong one for our door. Absolutely, no safe parking as we were hanging out into the street and worried about the car being hit. The manager/owner must live below the room as there was constant yelling during the night (fight with husband & wife), very strong food smells and banging of doors (hands on walls?) I could go on and on but no never again !! Be aware of this place.

Dirty but conveniently located

The room wasn't clean when we arrived, there was a hair tie in the tub and visible dust/dirt along the basebords. There also isn't a maid service, your room doesn't get cleaned the whole time you're there and you have to bring your towels to the office (which the owner smokes in so it's hard to conduct business). There is also not enough parking for each room. The staff was very friendly though.

Did not stay at our room most of the day. We were at the beach during the day. They did not clean our room during the three days we were there.

The hotel is small, bad parking. My room was dirty, hair in sink and tug. paint peeling. Floor needed to be swiped. sand on floor and on bed. never receieved housekeeping, same towels. felt like I was in a welfare hotel.
