Do not stay here !!!

Posted Aug 25, 2015
Staff was very unprofessional and do not have any business in the hospitality world. Rooms were not stocked properly with towels or ironing board. Just an overall bad experience. I check out early needless to say.

Noise

Posted Aug 25, 2015
Pros: cheap rate and close to airport.
I expected it to be loud and it was. I payed ahead for a non-smoking room and they gave it to someone else. They put us in a smoking room.

Good hotel close to airport & train

Posted Aug 25, 2015
Pros: Close to airport & train
Cons: For price, probably nothing.
Location: Close to airport & train.
We were in America's Best for 3 nights. The room was small but adequate. Clean. A little noisy, but a good value in price. Minimal continental breakfast. Close to restaurants & IHop open 24 hours just steps away. Shuttle to airport to catch train for downtown Seattle. Friendly staff.

A very cheap hotel

Posted Aug 14, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Too much to consider
Location: Near Seatac.
We wanted a nonsmoking room, which we got, but there was an ashtray outside in front of our room where people stand to smoke. The bed was mush. We choose not to stay there and would not recommend it.

Lousy hotel, close to nothing

Posted Aug 10, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Nothing
Noisy, lacks any kind of sound proofing. Caters to people living there that make a lot of noise coming and going at all hours of the night. TV didn't get the stations listed on the in room guide. No close dining. The breakfast was a joke, stale packaged pastries that looked like they came from 7-11 and coffee.

Get what you pay for

Posted Jul 30, 2015
For how cheap the hotel was, I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness. At that price, I was expecting disgusting bedding, mildew in bathroom and carpet stains... NONE of that :) The airport shuttle was the best part... We used it daily to get to the Seatac Light Rail station.

Wrong bed size, hard as nails too

Posted Jul 28, 2015
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Beds and accuracy of the reservations.
Location: A few restaurants and it's somewhat close to the airport.
I reserved a room with two queen beds and when we arrived the room had two double beds. The staff told me they were queens but I know what a queen bed is (I have one) and these were NOT queens- they were doubles. The staff said that all their rooms only have these "queen" size beds. Additionally the beds were very hard and squeaky. the bedding was old and torn in a couple of places. It was the most uncomfortable sleep I've ever had.
