"Excellent Bellevue area value."
Just a quick last minute booking. Definitely recommend as a Bellevue area option as some of the other hotels are dated and/or very expensive. This was a very nice facility. Comfortable and clean. Good restaurant attached which is always a plus. Excellent value. Everyone there was friendly and courteous.

"Epic Location, Best hotel in Seattle!"
My wife and I have two babies at home and rode the bremerton ferry to seattle for her birthday. I surprised her about staying at the hotel as we stood right below it at the market. She flipped. When we went to check in, James and the staff treated us like family and after taking her to dinner we got back to the room after he had written us a note and put her favorite wine in the fridge. We have never been treated so well at any hotel. My wife mentioned she felt like a millionaire. So... If you want to feel like a millionaire, stay here and go explore. Our finds; Imax at Pacific place, Rhubarb scones, massage chairs at brookstone, Pink Door restaurant (yum!), Fresh donuts near the pig and lots to look at. Bought tickets to a show at the "showbox" for some live music. End the night with a glass of wine, down jacket on the private deck overlooking pike place.

"Nice clean hotel but a little noise"
It is a really nice hotel in downtown and very close to the University station and not far to the amenities. The hotel was clean and comfort but a little noise, there is a door inside the room and from the door you can clearly hear other people in the other room, talking, coughing, etc. But overall, I give 90% positive feedback.

"The location of Ballard Inn was its main plus. "
Located in main area of Ballard and fronting the Saturday Farmer's Market was very convenient. This made not spending a lot of time in our small room a more pleasant stay.

"Wedding Night Stay"
Lovely, romantic with a soaking tub and fireplace. When we arrived in our room, there was note from the staff and some chocolates to enjoy. It was late night, so we did not have much time to enjoy the facilities, but everything was quiet, well kept and cozy. Perfect!

"Hilltop views of a lovely city"
We went in January, which is (by most accounts) a bad weather time in Seattle. At home in Minneapolis the morning wind chill was -27F. We had 50 and drizzle. So... I guess it is a matter of perspective. We came on an anniversary trip and went to all the tourist sites, Space needle, Glass gardens (AMAZING!!), Museum of Flight (could spend 2 days there and still want more), took ferry rides, ate fabulous food. The Hotel staff were great, always quick to offer help and advice about our plans for the day. We had a corner suite at the hotel and the views out our huge windows were great. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was huge and had marble tile everywhere... very swank! We will be doing this again!

"Quiet and relaxing close to the city."
Awesome stay! We checked-in very late due to flight delays and were warmly greeted by Sam--friendliest and the best member of the Woodmark staff. He set the tone and our expectations for the rest of our three night stay. The hotel did not disappoint. The meal service at Beach Cafe was good but our food did not all come out at the same time--my wife and daughter had to wait over ten minutes after my son and I were served for their food. Granted it was New Year's Eve, the stagger in food service was disappointing. Nonetheless, the rest of the stay was truly relaxing--a much needed respite from the hustle and bustle of our typical vacation routine.

"Loved it! "
Great clean room. It's definitely not a spacious room but it's smallness is adorable. Loved the continuity of the branding throughout the hotel. Excellent location right in the heart of downtown and easy to get around town. Valet parking was a bit pricey at $45/night but the valets were very nice and prompt. I highly recommend Hotel Max
