Great experience, staff was very service orientated and not scripted like other corporate hotels. 2 standout area's were the valet and the Manager John H at the restaurant that was very cordial and navigated us through the menu.

"Boutique hotel near shops, restaurants, Pike Place"
A very friendly, accommodating staff welcomed me and notified me when my room was available for early arrival. They checked in during my stay to make sure I was satisfied with my room and visit. The Andra is associated with some really great restaurants and is located near Pike Place Market, coffee shops and shops. Its in a great, walkable location.

We stayed at the Kimpton Vintage Seattle and Kimpton Vintage Portland. Both were very nice, but we definitely enjoyed the Portland stay even more. Our room was roomier, the bar was super friendly and the Imperial restaurant next door was fabulous.

"Our choice to stay every time in Seattle! "
The Kimpton hotels are a special experience. Small enough to be personal, yet fully equipped to care for all customer needs. The lobby of the Monaco reminds me of a Klimt painting and the staff is warm, welcoming and always ready to lend a hand. We also stay at the Kimptons in SD CA and will be visiting other sites on our travels. Thank you ever so much, Shelly Rushing

My family and I always choose The Maxwell for our "stay cations" the rooms are so nice, we love the beds. We always use the pool which isn't too deep for the little ones. We love the location and the pineapple cupcakes in the lobby!

"Perfect staycation"
We live in the Seattle area but wanted to treat ourselves after a date night downtown. Everything about our stay was enjoyable. Our room was spotless, the staff respected our privacy but was very helpful if needed. Our room (1413) was LOVELY. The view was spectacular- just what we had been hoping for when we booked a water view suite. The tub was very unique-what a surprise! We stopped at Boka for happy hour and my husband said it was the best Old Fashion he ever had. The food smelled delicious- if we didn't have reservations elsewhere we wouldve stayed for a meal. We grabbed delicious lattes at Storyville Cafe across the street then walked to the market for breakfast at Lowell's in the morning. thank you hotel 1000 for making us feel like we were relaxing and on vacation in our own city.

We had a beautiful view of the water right from our first floor room. Our last morning, we woke up and there was a sea lion swimming in the water right below our balcony. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Woodmark. Although they were doing a little construction, the hotel was absolutely lovely. The staff was attentive and the food was excellent. I visited the spa and they were very accommodating and the massage was perfect. I would love to visit again.
