it was a clean, quiet room for the night we needed - but I didn't see an elevator, and we were put on the bottom floor - I have a bad knee so it took me awhile to get up and down the stairs

If the property is charging $100 per night then atleast they need to provide few amenities. The rooms are too small, pathetic and does not even have a working dryer. There should be a minimal microwave in the room. The biggest disappointment was the size of the room at this price. I later stayed at extended stay for $85 which provides a bigger room at similar location and with a full kitchen

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It's a convenient location right off 405. However, bring ear plugs. You can hear everything, including the toilet flushing, in the surrounding rooms and hallway.

I am rarely disappointed as much as I was with this hotel. When we checked in we were assigned a a supposedly cleaned room that in reality had not yet been cleaned from the previous occupant(s). This was swiftly resolved and we were assigned a second room that was fine but basic. Had a view over an empty pool and hot tub that had not been winterized but left looking disgusting. The hot breakfast was cold but otherwise OK. The staff were friendly and accomodating but this Inn was showing its age and in need of a makeover. Good area with lots of shops on the plus side and very accessible to the I-405.
