It was a lovely hotel close to shopping & dining. The pool and hot tub were great. Nice reception & lounge area. Front desk staff were excellent & attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great customer service! Both morning and evening front desk employees were incredible! We got every question andwered and every request granted. Great breakfast downstairs. Free parking. Will stay here again.

This was probably the worst Marriot I have stayed at. We booked here as they were one of the few options we found with an indoor pool and hot tub and we found out upon wanting to go to the pool and hottub it was closed for the weekend. Hotel staff was all amazing and helpful. The food was delicious and staff were great for both our dinner and breakfast. Needs a lot of updating and since we booked on Saturday it would have been nice to have it updated on Expedia as it appears the pool was closed for a day or so by that point.

Clean rooms. Courteous staff. Nice hot tub. The pool is small, but nice temperature. If you like sushi I recommend the sushi restaurant nearby.

The staff were INCREDIBLE. So kind and helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfy. The area around the hotel had a lot of construction, but the room was quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

We visit our son 4x a year - this is one of the hotels we like to stay at. The beds here are the most comfortable, better than the others. Rooms are comfortable,clean and nice. The Expedia reservation had 1 breakfast included. We tried it and it was pretty good - very quick and convenient.

The overall stay was very unpleasant. I don’t blame the staff. They are kind and welcoming. When I arrived there was a terrible odour in my room and the heater wasn’t working. The hot tub worked the first day but the second day it was barely warm. The food is extremely over priced. I was in the middle of eating and the staff removed the candle from my table because he was closing. They wanted to charge 6.00 for two slices of bacon. Housekeeping didn’t come into the room my first morning and I was out of body wash. They did try coming into the room on the day of my check out despite my having the do not disturb sign in the door. I didn’t need housekeeping when I was checking out. I won’t return. Courtyard Marriotts have really deteriorated and are inconsistent.

Needs update. Very clean and good service. Noisy, in need of repair heater/air conditioner in room. Sounded like it was going to explode. Thank goodness for the noise machine helped to drown it out as well as freeway noise.

Convenient location, but needs updates.
Received a warm reception when checking-in. Conveniently located. Did not notice any of the bad spells people are referring to in some reviews. The hotel is dated with its furnishing and fixtures and exercise equipment (one treadmill has no control on speed). Needs some reno work...update to fixtures, bathroom fan does not work, some mold in corners of washroom. Overall, convenient location, but does need some updates.

Great location close to Interstate and shopping. We had free breakfast as we were there for a hockey tournament but otherwise it would not be included. Room had a slight odor but staff came in and sprayed for us. Room temp was easily controlled.
