A decent hotel for 3 nights in Seattle. Our view of the alley with homeless and other things taking place wasn’t ideal. We got woken up several times in the middle of the night with loud noise from the street. Staff were professional and helpful. I used the gym which did the job, well maintained.

There's crackheads everywhere ,there under are window all night fighting. No swiming pool and the parkings 60 bucks a night. horrible stay Only good thing was it was 8 mins walk to lumen stadium. Dont recommend way over priced ....

The view was amazing from the 14th floor. We were disappointed that the pool was out of commission during our stay. A pool for our little one was a deciding factor in booking a room at this hotel.

It was extremely hard to find at first. There is no onsite self parking, so you either pay a ridiculous $60 a day for valet or pay for street parking, which is impossible to find close by. There is a parking garage right down the street. One reason I got this hotel was because of the pool, yet when we got there it was down for maintenance and the website never stated that. So I had 3 very disappointed children. The breakfast was average yet extremely expensive. $90 for 1 adult and 3 children. Would recommend to go out to eat in the city. The staff was very nice and accommodating with your needs. Lots of history there. Ask Raul about the building, he’s very knowledgeable. Room was pretty clean despite a little dust. Bed was comfy and so was pull out couch. It was only a 12 min walk to the pier which was easy to do!

The pool was under construction and that was not the case when we booked three weeks ago. An email that the pool was closed to prep the kids would have been great. Our air conditioner also was not working. Otherwise the stay was fine!

The hotel room itself was great! However the valet parking was horrible! I paid $70 bucks to park my car in a safe place for the night and it came back scratched and damaged :( i was not reimbursed for anything. The staff at the hotel was ok but dont expect fast service on anything! Understaffed and waited forever for anyone to wait on us and to get our food. Also not a place for kids. Seattle is dirty and full of homeless people shooting up right outside the hotel! Also garbage everywhere and smells like urine.

We arrived super early 10am I knew that our room was probably not ready but wanted to get breakfast and leave the luggage there. To my surprise the room was ready. Room was clean, front desk was super friendly, we were there for 3 nights. Family of 3 (kid being 8) room was perfect, bed was comfortable, sofa bed for my surprise was also very comfortable. Highly recommended.

On the edge of downtown and seems surrounded by noise. Garbage truck came at 3am and made so much noise it woke everyone up. Then a homeless guy was yelling, literally for hours. Finally, they started construction on the hotel before 7am so that was the end of our sleep. I would choose a different hotel next time given the price.

Very convenient walk to the waterfront and shopping at the Pike Market is only a fifteen minute walk. No parking at the property but three lots are nearby. Hotel is right along the transit line so public transportation is easy to access!

The room was lovely, sized right for the two of us and was warm, despite the cold outside. We walked from the train station and to the Seattle Art Museum and could have walked most places that we visited. There is so much to see within 4-6 blocks of any direction!

Stayed there because it was so close to Lumen Field. We drove up from Portland to see the Eagles / Seahawks game. It was a 5 min walk to the stadium. Our room was on the 10th floor with a view of the bay (recommend getting a room with a view) The room, staff and valet were GREAT! We will be back.

I liked the convenience of being able to walk to everywhere we were planning to go. I did not like that there was no on site parking. While having the valet there was great, it was very expensive to park since the hotel leases out their parking facility. Our bathroom was bit dirty, vents and baseboards were very dirty. The hotel bar and restaurant were not open as much as I think it should be especially on a weekend where so many were there for the football game.
