Add to it that she is a adorable houseboat with quintessential houseboat charm and you are set for a great experience! See my other Root Vegetable houseboats for rent in my profile. Ginger, Rutabaga, Turnip, Carrot, Radish, and Jicama. The space It's romantic and charming. The end of the dock is a special place to be. Bring your loved one for a special evening on Lake Union! Book for 4th of July for perfect firework view. Unobstructed, best views on lake of fireworks. They will literally be right out in front, so close you will feel them! 8 total guests allowed for this one night. Let us know when booking the total number. This houseboat is comfortable place with all you will need - for the adventurous and open eyed. Managing people's expectations are difficult business so lets start now...please only book if you want to enjoy this home and have a curiosity for an unfamiliar way of living, as it is not a hotel or a house. See section "Other things of Note" to ensure you are fully on board with this experience. If you are, I am thrilled to have you stay on my boat. I love her and put a lot of care into owning her well. - Fully furnished - Double size bed (max 6') - Fold down couch for 3rd guest in living room area - Well heated for winter - Full shower, toilet - Refrigerator - Stove and burner - Clean & hot water onboard - Nice sitting deck with awesome views of the lake activity - Parking out front the marina office building at a cost of $1 per hour. Weekdays, it is free before 9 am and after 4 pm. Weekends are free as well. - (3) kayaks - first come, first serve. No reservations. - Microwave - Boat cannot be moved, driven, etc. Guest access You will have access to boat and marina bathroom. The boat is equipped with full amenities for shower and bath. Access to the boat is via a self-checkin process. All access and reservation instructions will be included in the confirmation page after booking. Other things to note - Please understand that boats are not a house or a hotel. If you want a hotel or home experience with all its reliable ease (which we all do at times in life!) then please rent one. This is a boat however, and anyone who has owned a boat knows they are pesky and a lot of work. As such be ready for an urban adventure stay which is the fun of it anyways. - These boats are allotted only 30 amps of electrical current by the marina docks (normal for many marinas). However for the modern technological connected and comfortable person, this is not a lot! It’s enough for sure and you will have what you need, just keep that in mind. - The range and the auxiliary heat source require propane - extra tanks and instructions will be provided for guests to replace as needed. It is very simple. For a $20 fee, someone can arrive to change the propane. Guest must contact to arrange. -Wifi can be spotty and this is of our control and it's poor internet service provider controlled by the dock. Please note wifi service is not guaranteed. - I have 2 kayaks available first come, first serve. - There is a little cafe at the marina which does has WIFI, coffee, beer, wine. It is not open weekends. - Parking out front the marina office building at a cost of approximately $1 per hour. Weekdays, it is free before 9 am and after 4 pm. Weekends are free as well.

    Entire place

You'll have the entire house boat to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

      Good property. Terrible manager.

The houseboat was cute and in a great location on Lake Union. It was missing basic amenities like soap, hangers for the closet, and an iron; and you won't find any supplies in the kitchen cabinets. Our problem was with the property manager and the neighbors. First, the incorrect keys were left in the property so we were unable to lock the house. I tried contacting the property manager multiple times and received no response for several hours. It wasn't until VRBO contacted the property owner that I finally got a call back from the manager to resolve the key situation. Secondly, apparently the owner has given permission to the neighbors to come onto the houseboat and jump off the roof into the lake. This is especially uncomfortable considering there are no shades in the bedroom quarters -- which is right where the ladder to the roof is... if you rent this place, I hope you like visits from the neighbors..

        Beautiful setting

What a wonderful experience! So cute and quaint! We loved the view! Especially at night. Fun to grab some electric bikes out side of dock and cruise the boardwalk to town. Comfy bed and cool outdoor deck! Would and will stay here again.
