The staff is ALWAYS super helpful and courteous. Sometimes despite the crush of guests checking in or out. Climate control in the room was great, edoecially with windows that open. As I have several electronic devices, wish there was a single power strip to recharge instead of unplugging lights from around the room, ie., placed on desk area. Hotel is priced well fir the frequent travellor.

I was charged $35 for couple hours of early check-in. I was not aware of such cost. They room smells like someone was smoking in it or perhaps the smoke came from the outside via vents. Regardless, I didn’t appreciate that smell.

Dated property, noisy, had to call security at 11pm , lady shouting up and down the hallways for bout an hour , banging on my door. Didn’t hardly sleep

Chair needs sliders on bottom of legs as back legs get stuck in carpet and make chair tip backwards. Sliders let chair slide back easily. More Swiss Miss in Break room. Room water heater worked well. A map of local area for gas stations, restaurants, etc. might be useful.

This hotel is right next to an all night convenience store where people were gathered all night drinking, yelling and often arguing. Three unhoused people were in the lobby when I arrived, probably keeping warm, but it was startling and off putting. One was working on a large whittling project flinging wood shavings everywhere, all were very dirty. My sheets were stained (hopefully not dirty), the walls were stained. There wasn't a single bar of soap or anything to wash hands with in the room. I tried to sleep for a few hours but ended up leaving four hours early for a domestic flight to get away from the noise.
