upsetting stay

Posted Aug 26, 2015
Pros: not much
Cons: The breakfast area and more variety of fruit and bagels etc.
Location: places to eat close but across the street was a tattoo place and an adult video store.
First off I thought I was getting a kitchenette because I was staying for 5 nights and thought that is what it said when I booked it. The staff could get me a room with kitchenette for about $25 more per night. You would think that staying and prepaying for that many nights they could accommodate me. The room was not very clean I saw hair and dirt in corners on carpet by bathroom, and the back of the door to bathroom had wood stain drips, very unprofessional looking, I don't think my room had been recently renovated like they said. If it had the people they hired were very sloppy. The continental breakfast was a joke, and they didn't have a big enough area to eat, took my little bit of food to my room a lot. The breakfast staff was very nice and quick to clean up messes. If I had to do it over I would not choose this place to stay for 5 nights.

The WiFi was sluggish and the reception of the television was bad and the front desk never answered their phone. And the check in clerk was rude. Stay far away!

Easy to find but dated

Hotel lobby fairly decent, staff courteous. The beds very comfy if you like soft mattresses. The hotel is fairly quiet, lots of parking and well lit. We stayed in a room with 2 queens. Room was fairly small and the carpet was very stained, but otherwise the room seemed clean. The bathroom was very tiny and just to note, the sink was in the main area of the room. Hotel is ok. But I don't believe it is a 3.5 star.

Not bad for a very basic room.

Posted Aug 17, 2015
Room was small, we could barely move around in the room. There was no refrigerator or microwave, not listed that there were, but 95% of the rooms we stay in have them. Room was clean and staff was friendly but breakfast was limited and they started taking items away while guests were still trying to get something to eat.

Very old hotel. Stinky smelling rooms!

This was way too much money for the quality of room. Breakfast area had 3 small tables in the front lobby with 25 to 30 people trying to get to the not so special selection! Very disappointed in our stay!

Visiting for a college gradation.

Pros: Staff was very accomodating. Staff dida good job of stocking breakfast items.
Cons: Three tables in the common area for breakfast. Mattresses on both beds were worn out.
In Seattle for 4 days to attend Daughter-In-Law's college graduation. Convenient location. Will not stay here again.

Friendly staff and extremely helpful. Convenient location and good amenities especially ad to have laundry. With a bad foot due to a fall, appreciated hotel with the elevator.
