Convenient, Comfortable, Customer-service

Posted Aug 26, 2015
We love this place. Friendly staff, fun and funny guests as well. That just proves when folks stay here, they are happy. This hotel provides daily hot breakfast and manager's happy hour. At the front desk, they will always provide hot coffee (yes Seattle!) and lemon/lime infused water. Our room was clean, quiet and then there's the bed...oh my god, the bed! It was so comfortable! We slept so well. One elevator was down but they were renovating so that may have had something to do with it. We always took the stairs and it was just fine. It provided a quick workout!

Good place to stay, undergoing a remodel

Love the location of this hotel for us. It is undergoing a much needed remodel but we had one of the new rooms and it was great.

Huge renovation project underway. Avoid this place

Posted Aug 9, 2015
Pros: Big room
Cons: Finish the construction project
Location: Near Starbucks.
Noisy and dirty due to the renovation project. The entire central part of the lobby was down to the studs.

Great location

Great location (easy on/off highway) and the suite feature is a huge plus when travelling with kids.

Construction site

Posted Aug 5, 2015
Hotel meets overall expectation for an Embassy Suites. Service was overall very disappointing. Be aware that the hotel is currently a construction site.

Good hotel, easy to access the freeways. Construction was underway while we were there but the rooms were recently redone and great! Buffet breakfast and happy hours were nice too.

Wait tell there done with the remodel

Posted Aug 2, 2015
When we booked the remodel was suppose to be near done there was lots of dust and the room had food behind curtains. The guest were load slamming doors and one elevator working the other was out of service. Air conditioning in room dousnt work well in the bedroom no vitalation in bathrooms I thought that was code to have fans. The staff when we checked it was not friendly but the morning staff checking out was amazing. I normally don't complain but for the price of the rooms should of stayed somewhere else and pain 30 more

Under major construction, bad experience

Posted Jul 31, 2015
It would have been nice to know the hotel was under major construction, and will be so until late 2015. The place smelled like paint, was loud, and was not anything that I expected when I booked an Embassy Suites.

Amazing Hotel

We had so much fun. Kids loved the pool with a waterfall. There was also complimentary morning breakfast and evening snacks. Thanks so much.
