OK for the business traveler. Nothing fancy.

Pros: Full kitchen.
Cons: No daily maid service.
The room was very spacious and it was nice to have a full kitchen. The room was clean, but worn. In my brief interaction with staff I found them very helpful. They graciously changed my room to a smoke free room when requested without incident. The "Grab and Go" breakfast was very minimal. There was assorted fruit, packaged pastries, and coffee. I was able to grab fruit and coffee each morning I was there, but was disappointed by the other breakfast options. The room was comfortable as far as having lots of space. The bed was not bad and everything was functional. There was a DVD player. Generally no travel size soaps, etc. - just a few bars of soap and little packets of dishwashing liquid. Housekeeping is done weekly, so there was no maid service for my 2 night stay. It is available for short-term guests from what I understand, but it would have been nice to have them offer that service instead of guests having to request it. The grounds were lovely. Gorgeous flower planters at the entry. The lobby was clean, but dated. Generally, an OK experience if you're traveling for business and are not looking to be pampered.

Upon our arrival (it was a mystery due to the unadvertised hotel deal) 40% off. I wouldn't even have stayed. Horrible!The front desk took quite a while checking us in and tried to get us a non-smoking room. I thought how cozy and small. The heaters kept the place warm which was good. My significant other and I stayed there for two nights. I discovered within the past day: The lamp was not working and broken on the nook by the closet, The light was also not working over the kitchen stove, The walls!!! in the bathroom has massive amount of hairs long and short and sure were opp! an unwelcoming discovery. The headboard hnd stains,pen and scratch marks. They did not up keep the kitchen area either. The customer service was poor. I felt like I was bothering them when I asked for the extra towel or an extra bar of soap. The hotel was rsvp for two... not one. The Wifi is free but horribly slow and will cut on n off. It's called lite for a reason. One of the worse places we've been. Upon checking out the staff hovered around talking about refunding a customer for $280. They were upset with the person doing the return, but they should really be concerned about their negligent service. They were preoccupied and should care for the customers. My money was a complete waste. One thing don't expect a breakfast bar with asst fruit. Honestly I had to remind someone on staff that they needed to restock.By the time I got there and a few others there were gone. Bad apples,bagels and coffee only

Room was ok. Lots of space. Furniture not in great condition. Had a leak under bathroom sink that would flood the floor, that didn't get fixed for four days.
