Good Stay

Pros: Location is close to all services.
Cons: A few more cloths hangers would be nice.
Location: Great location for the Bothell Area. Everythings is closeby
Compfortable, fairly quiet and functional. Great Staff.

ok hotel

Pros: The staff was awesome and it was convenient for freeway entrances and stores
Cons: cleanliness.
When we turned on the water for the bathtub, brown things came out of the faucet so i had to run the water for awhile until it cleared. Then the tub was clogged.

Close to where we needed to be

Was very disappointed that this hotel didn't even provide the basics. I went to wash my hands after first arriving into the room and went to find the hand soap, and there wasn't any! What hotel doesn't provide bar hand soap? Shower time, no washcloths, really? Dry my hair time, no blow dryer, coffee time, no coffee pot, I always bring my own coffee, but I use the coffee pot to get hot hot water, beds were hard as a rock, towels that were provided were paper thin, for the price we paid, 190.00 per night, one would think that hand soap and a washcloth would be provided. Will not stay here in the future

While we no longer keep dishes in guest rooms, these items, including coffee makers, are available at the front desk for no additional fee. Bedside light switch was broken, had to disconnect from wall. Air conditioner "ticked" all night long. Comfortable bed.

Glad we didn't "extend" our stay.

Very dirty room, stained bedding and hair and toenails on the floor in the bathroom. "Continental Breakfast" was straight out of a vending machine. No fruit available until after the holiday. The hotel was packed, go to grocery store for some fruit would have been helpful. When we went to check out, the front desk couldn't give us the final bill.

Not worth the stay (short-term or extended stay)

I requested a non-smoking room (on hotels.com) and was told by the receptionist that I was reserved a smoking room but that I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. I could smell the difference the moment I walked on the floor. The room was even worst, it smelled of smoke! The continental breakfast only came with prepackaged muffins, granola bars and coffee or hot water for tea. No fruit, or juice as an additional option for breakfast.

Great staff, rooms were filthy

Pros: Staff was very pleasant
Cons: Just clean it, for the price I expected a lot more.
Location: Some nice restaurants nearby, PC Restaurant was a true gem find.
overall it just wasn't clean. Floors, towels, TV remote, bathroom...

Convenient for a long weekend in Seattle

Pros: Seemed family friendly.
Cons: Have cooking utensils and pots/pans in room on arrival.
Based ourselves in Bothell for a 4-day weekend trip to Seattle. Hotel was easy to find with good access to/from the Interstate.

Case of the missing jackets

Understanding that it was an Extended Stay, not high on the accommodations scale of quality to begin with, room was sparsely furnished as was bathroom. Shower rod was loose and slumpted down, shower mixing valve was so loose that just with gravity the handle rotated, changing water temp. We are very confident that, by accident, we left two, one man's one lady's, light jackets hanging in the closet/alcove in main room. Upon discovery of jackets being missing 24 hours later and after we had traveled home, we called motel, they questioned staff and supposedly person who had checked into the same room the following night. No jackets recovered. So, some $150 of personal property gone. I know we are personally responsible however................bad taste
