Wont be staying there again!

Pros: Location to the freeway?
Cons: Everything needs an overhaul and to be cleaned up.
Location: Alderwood Mall is nearby along with some stores. The only food place near is Chick Fill A across the street.
I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS. Sharing the room with my sisters and thought I was getting a suite with separate living area. Turned our the room was small and had two small beds for us. I didn't realize that there was no maid service until we returned to our room and it wasn't made up. We asked for more towels and by the end of our week we had a big mountain of them laying on the floor. Walls are paper thin. We heard every foot stomp from above and every word spoken next door. Woke up our last morning to a fight next door about who plugged the cell phone in. Not a pleasant experience. Breakfast consist of packaged mini muffins or granola bars, no fruit or juice. One important note.... my key decided not to work and so I went to the desk to replace and they never asked for ID or my name, just my room number. Kinda scary, I could have given any room number.

Dirty smokey

If you like the smell of smoke in a smoke free hotel, stay here. Room was not ready on check in, once it was ready there were long black hairs on the "clean" pillows and bed sheets. Do not stay here! Not clean and not smoke free!

Good hotel but clean up once a week and too noisy

Pros: Convenient to interstate, city of Lynnwood, shopping and super markets.
Cons: Need more staff and clean up the room not once a week.
Location: Good location.
It is a motel not a hotel. People come in and go make too much noise.

Dirty place

Hotel room was dirty. Floors were sticky, shower had hairs and dirty wash cloth, sink and mirror were never cleaned, toilet had urine stains. I could hear the people on top pacing back and forth and midnight when they decided to turn on the shower. Hotel is smoke free but reeks of cigarettes. They do not clean your room unless you're staying there over a week. Management said they'd credit me for the inconvenience, we'll see how true that is.

Easy access off I-5, close to many restaurants

Pros: I like the location, it's close to where I need to go.
Cons: I wish they had a better breakfast set up, even if it wasn't free. Maybe some things to cook out of a vending machine, not just snacks. I like the fu
Location: There are a lot of restaurants right down 196th and a grocery store too.
I've stayed here quite a few times. Parking is close to your room, it's easy to get in and out of the parking lot with a traffic light right there.

Young and crazies

The hotel seems to be frequented by the young and crazies or AKA PARTY SHACK. I have kids and was hoping for a decent quite night. The older lady working the front desk was awesome helpful.

Ehhh

The heater was making noises all night making it hard to sleep. Also said there was a continental breakfast and it was a grab n go that was over at 9:30

Great staff and overall room -bed sucked

The hotel was very clean and staff was great. The room looked very updated, clean and comfy but then when I climbed into the bed it did not fit with everything else. The bed was very noise, old, worn out and uncomfortable, it actually reminded me of a sleeper sofa bed. It was really disappointing since no matter how nice everything this else ultimately at a hotel it's all about the bed.
