Firstly, the employee 'Sam' was great and made my stay tollerable. This was the worst extended stay america I've ever been in, definately NOT worth even the discounted price thru a booking company. Ive stayed in motel 6's nicer. Spent 3 days without a working refrigerator, as they had none "available" to exchange it with, i.e., with unrented rooms they would not change it out. Left feeling id wasted my money on a low rent hotel.(i could not change hotels as it paid thru a booking company.
