Clean room Terrible customer Service

Posted Apr 13, 2017
Pros: It was a clean and spacious room
Cons: Customer service, Never saw more than one employee at any given time, Some sort of security would be nice to protect hotel
Location: Lots of shopping near hotel. Mall was within 5min drive. Many restaurants near as well since you had to buy breakfast. Other tourist attrations 15min
When we checked in they didn't have the room we requested first off but were nice enough to save it for us for the next day so was an okay start. It went downhill from there pretty much every time I went to the counter had to wait at least 5 min plus for someone to check us in or request the amenities and no bell to get someone either. Continental breakfast is a loose term not really a breakfast what they offer. Room we were switched to wasn't stocked very well with kleenex or even a full roll of toilet paper. A day early we wanted to check out due to flight being that night and the Gentleman at the desk said it was okay but couldn't check us out due to being booked through expedia said just call expedia and he would take care checking us out. Called to request early check out through expedia and they said I had to contact the hotel. Once I called hotel I got the General manager Kristy Kim and she was very rude and had a condescending tone to her voice and wouldn't help us pretty much told me if we didn't know who told us we could check out early she couldn't help. Then I had issues with my cell service she said hello once and hung up on me. Will not stay at this extended stay hotel again due to this experience.

Nice hotel, but....

Posted Apr 3, 2017
I reserved a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. After trying to endure for one night, I was overcome with the smell and within the first hour requested a non-smoking room which was graciously granted. The bathroom sink was extremely slow to drain and would fill up very fast. The kitchen sink had a clump of rice and another food particle in the sink drain. The kitchen sink faucet had very low water pressure. The TV remote would not turn the TV on or off; but the channel and volume controls worked well. Other than the above it was a clean facility and a reasonably pleasant stay.

I was disheartened to read your review. Please accept my sincere apology for the problems you encountered. You deserved a comfortable stay, and we did not live up to your expectations. I ensure you that what you experienced is not acceptable, and I will share your concerns with my maintenance team. We can absolutely do better, and we hope you give us the opportunity in the future to prove that to you. Sincerely, General Manager

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. You are absolutely correct to expect a well-maintained property as your home away from home when traveling, and I sincerely apologize for failing to provide that for you. I am very concerned about your experience and have immediately brought this to the attention of our housekeeping team in an effort to improve our facilities. Please give us another opportunity to make a better impression in the future. Sincerely, General Manager

We appreciate you being our guest and providing your feedback. It's great to know your stay was enjoyable overall. However, we apologize for any miscommunication regarding our in-suite amenities. Our guests often bring their personal items from home to use in their suite, so that's why our hair dryers and toiletries are available upon request at the front desk and always complimentary. CONVIENENT

Pros: That it accepts small animal. That we are able to make coffee in our room and can do other cooking, if we want, We were able to visit family in the
Cons: CLEAN UP THE MASS OF CIGARETTE BUTTS THAT ARE BUY THE ENTRANCES TO THE BUILDING. ALSO, DO NOT ALLOW GUEST/EMPLOYEES TO SIT ON THE STAIRS TO THE ENTRA
we enjouyed the room but the mattress was extremely hard and we use a firm mattress. We ached the next day from being on it. Needs to have a pad or something less firm on top of the mattress. This was convienent for us as we had to take our small cat to a special Doctor that afternoon. Will be staying here again when our cat has surgery. \ The desk employees were very pleasant and helpful.

Firstly, the employee 'Sam' was great and made my stay tollerable. This was the worst extended stay america I've ever been in, definately NOT worth even the discounted price thru a booking company. Ive stayed in motel 6's nicer. Spent 3 days without a working refrigerator, as they had none "available" to exchange it with, i.e., with unrented rooms they would not change it out. Left feeling id wasted my money on a low rent hotel.(i could not change hotels as it paid thru a booking company.
