Solid experience

I needed to book several rooms for business nearby and Seattle was very busy so this was what was available. This place was affordable and got the job done. It's very basic but in good condition and covered all the bases. Everything in our room was clean and in working order. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We could open the windows, which was nice. Check-in was fine and Sam at the front desk was very accommodating and professional. Aesthetically, it's a typical low cost motel so there's not much in the way of art or design. It's in an industrial area so you have to drive to get to any restaurants. They do provide a list of delivery places if you don't want to leave the premises.

not what we expected - unfortunately

Pros: nothing to add here - sorry
Cons: fix the shower, add an extra blanket in the room, fix the thermostat, respond to the customers requests
we booked the hotel because the expedia website said it was close to the starting line of the seattle to Portland bike race location we entered. - turns out it was not nearly that close - (first disappointment) they never gave us the extra blanket we called down and asked for (it was quite cold in the room and we couldn't get it warmed up. the shower head should have had two height adjustments but the 'non dog shower height' one was broken - so either you put the shower handle at the dog shower height - or you have to hold it the whole shower. the check in person forgot to program our key - so we had to go back to the desk and get it taken care of a 2nd time. we paid over $230 for this - but I wouldn't book again even if free - it was just not worth it

If you have no place to stay I gues it can be alternative not a good one

Not worth the money paid

I recently stayed 4 nights. Room was dirty with glitter all over the bathroom. Arrived on a 90+ degree day and no ac on so room was very warm as window was left open. Room also has a bad smell. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

I just wished the hotel had better pillows. The pillows were very flat and hurt my neck when I was sleeping. Overall the room was very satisfactory and comfortable. The location wasn't so good. It was located in an industrial center and kind of hidden at the end of block. But it was located 20 mins from Downtown Seattle, which was very good.

Room

I was very upset because our A/C was broken and we were given 1 fan (non rotating) for 4 people. We also had to request things such as forks and bowls. The sign said that they would deliver it to the room and I had to go down to the front desk to get these things. Not very happy with our stay.

Extended stay = nothing included

Pros: Very clean and large room
Cons: Amenities. Throw in a hair dryer...coffee machine and mugs, and an ice machine.
Location: Location is convenient, but off main road and in an industrial area.
The room was really nice.....larger than average, and very clean. However, NOTHING is included....not even a hair dryer. No ice machine even. There are a few items available at the front desk, but no is ever at the front desk! The times when the staff is present, they are nice and professional, but this is a different sort of hotel. No housekeeping for an average stay.....the maids only come once a week.

It was okay.

The room was HORRIBLY hot, the a/c must have broke we couldn't get it cooled down. And I don't count a continental breakfast as a opened cupboard with granola bars and muffins. The beds couldn't have been any more uncomfortable.
