The staff was GREAT! The hotel not so much. It wasnt as clean as I was expecting. The rooms were outdated, needed an upgrade and needed to CLEAN.

We are glad you chose to stay at our hotel. However, we are sorry your suite fell short of expectations. Even though our hotel receives good ratings for the level of cleanliness and overall condition of our suites, we understand you were hoping for something a little more modern and fresh. It is a pleasure to announce we will be implementing upgrades to the property very soon! Our goal is to provide clean, comfortable and well-maintained suites for our guests, and we obviously fell short in this case. We have shared your concerns with our housekeeping department to make sure such incidents are not repeated. We do hope to see you again when you return to the area and offer you the excellent stay experience you deserve. Sincerely, General Manager

No room at the inn

Posted Jul 23, 2016
We arrived at this hotel at 11:30 with a guaranteed confirmed Expedia reservation. The front desk lady looked, asked for our names, had both of our identifications in front of her and still said they did not have a room for us. After spending 15 mins attempting to resolve this mistake which they accepted no responsibility for we chose to get in our car and drive 4 hours home. An hour into our trip we realized she didn't give us our IDs back! We then had to make 5 calls to them the next day to get them to mail us our drivers licenses. Never once were we able to talk to the "manager." Bad experience. Bad business practices. Bad hotel!

got the job done

Posted Jul 19, 2016
Pros: It was cheaper than staying down town and only 20 minutes away, but still way over priced.
Cons: Price is too high for its condition and amenities, cleanliness and maintenance.
Location: Its in an older commercial area with lots of stores and fast food near but isn't really the type of area you feel like touring around.
This hotel has a nice facade but the inside is a different story. Upon arriving there was a wonderful friendly lady checking us in, this is where the good things stopped. There were several people that looked homeless lingering around the lobby and out front. The room itself looked like it may have been renovated a few years back but then never maintained. There were stains on the carpet and bed spreads(at least im telling myself they were stains). There were holes in the walls where pictures had been torn off and never replaced. Cigarette burns on the bathroom vanity and toilet seat. The remote would not turn the TV on or off but worked otherwise so when i was ready to sleep i had to get up and turn it off. There are no outlets for convenience so you have to dig behind the beds and night stands to charge a phone or computer(scary). The "breakfast" they offer literally was granola bars, prepacked muffins, apples and coffee stored in a dresser sized cabinet in the lobby. The sheets were freshly laundered and the shower worked good.. Although there were hairs in the sink and on the toilet when we arrived. The last oddity was this being an extended stay you expect to have the kitchen stocked with utensils to use but you have to ask in the lobby if you want them to provide any of this, what does this say about there clientele. We needed a one night stop in Seattle that wasn't going to break the bank and this place fit the bill. I certainly would not stay here for a vacation.

Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable suite and excellent service for our guests, and I apologize the suite you occupied was not quite up to par. I will share your full review with my housekeeping and maintenance teams for their use in bring that suite up to our brand standards. Our "grab and go" breakfast is just that – something to grab and eat on the run. I am sorry you were disappointed with the amenities but happy you were able to get a restful night's sleep before continuing your journey. Disappointed

The room had only 1 towel - yes, one. No washcloth or hand towel. Also, NO drinking glass. The room price was $130!

Make another choice!

We found food, socks and a towel under the bed. The laminated floor was incredibly sticky. The location is in a sketchy part of town.

Got the job done

Pros: Price for Seattle area was on the lower end (although it is over priced for its conditions). Decent shower. 15-20 minutes to down town.
Cons: Maintenance and cleanliness
Location: I wouldn't recommend a young family or single lady to take a stroll on there own. Its off the main road of an old commercial area.
This hotel has a nice facade but once inside its disappointing. The only thing great about this hotel was the super helpful friendly lady who checked us in. The room was average size and rather beat up. It appears some renovations must have been done a few years back but they have not been maintained or kept up. No convenience outlets for computers or phone chargers so you had to rummage behind the beds (scary) to plug things in. There were stains (at least i am telling myself they were stains) on the bed spreads and floor, but at least the sheets appeared clean and fresh). The walls had holes in them where pictures had been torn off and not repaired. The tv remote did not turn on or off the tv but other wised worked so when i was ready to sleep i had to get up to turn it off. The AC did work nicely:) They dont even leave the kitchen utensils in the rooms they make you ask if you need them... what does that tell you about the clientele. The "breakfast" they advertise literally consisted of prepackaged muffins, granola bars and fresh apples that were all in a dresser sized cabinet in the lobby. Its not a great part of town but there is a lot of fast food and grocery stores very close, and a lot of independent burger joints if that's your thing. We needed a one night stay that wasn't going to break us and this place fit the bill. I feel it was about 50% more expensive that it was worth but it did get the job done

Cons: The breakfast options were lacking. Its more just snacks.
It provided the basics of what was need for a 3 night stay. The was no hair dyer, the iron was burnt and no cover for the ironing board.
