We appreciate you being our guest and providing your feedback. It's great to know your stay was enjoyable overall. However, we apologize for any miscommunication regarding our in-suite amenities. Our guests often bring their personal items from home to use in their suite, so that's why our hair dryers and toiletries are available upon request at the front desk and always complimentary. Please accept our apologies if we did not communicate this to you at check-in. Thank you so much for staying with us and we look forward to your next visit. Sincerely, General Manager

we enjouyed the room but the mattress was extremely hard and we use a firm mattress. We ached the next day from being on it. Needs to have a pad or something less firm on top of the mattress. This was convienent for us as we had to take our small cat to a special Doctor that afternoon. Will be staying here again when our cat has surgery. \ The desk employees were very pleasant and helpful.

Hotel close to Ballard

Posted Nov 19, 2016
Pros: Clean in appearance and rooms are appealing.
Cons: Breakfast is minimal and our phone in the room didn't work. The TV selection is also minimal.
Location: Close to Ballard and UW.
While the hotel wasn't in the best neighborhood, the hotel was clean and appeared well-maintained. Extended Stay is a bar-bones hotel. Minimally supplied with shampoo and towels. You can get a hair dryer at the desk and any kitchen supplies by asking but it seemed a lot of trouble. Their breakfast is coffee, tea, and granola bars or packaged muffins. Enough to get you awake so you can drive to a restaurant. Their price is not dramatically lower than a full service hotel either so what's the point?

Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to post a review. We are glad you liked our well-kept property and our convenient location. However, we apologize our amenities were not to your expectations. Our hotel is designed for guests staying a week or more at a time, who prefer a home-like living experience. So we certainly understand why you may have found our amenities a bit different than traditional hotels. We hope you give us another chance when you return to our area as we would appreciate the opportunity to provide you with an excellent stay. Sincerely, General Manager

Convenient probably the best for cheap

Posted Nov 16, 2016 on Hotels
We stayed to attend a concert so we got back to our room late, the vending machines didn't work and doubled charged my card, but was a cheap stay for a rewarding night, would stay again with amenities thought of before hand

Couldn't make the stay !

Posted Nov 14, 2016
Pros: the friendly staff
Cons: old building nice from the outside but ugly from the inside
Location: good close distance to Northgate and lynnwood
I booked a non smoking room, I signed up a paper upon checking stating non smoking room, yet I went to the room and it smell horrible, I stayed there for exactly 10 min and I was already wore the smell I went out to get some food and thought I would check with the reception if was me smoking or non smoking, after deep looking the guy who was very nice to me told me that it was smoking room but couldn't do anything much about it but to suggest to me to look for other hotel and will refund me the money. I had to look around without internet access for a hotel to spend the night, it wasn't convenience at all I checked back with the before heading home and they were right, I wasn't charged

We sincerely apologize we did not have a non smoking room for you to be able to enjoy your stay with us. We regularly deep clean our suites to help prevent this from being such a discomfort for our very sensitive guests. We do hope you will have another opportunity to stay with us so you can have a pleasant experience. General Manager

Comfortable with a kitchenette.

Posted Nov 2, 2016
Pros: Great price for Seattle. Easy check in, great staff, comfortable room. Not a luxury room, but everything needed including a kitchen.
Cons: Flashing green lights from smoke detector in the ceiling. We covered it up with a sock.
Location: Easy to get into downtown. Good shopping: walk to Ross, Fred Meyers, Star Bucks, an Asian market, Albertsons. 5 minute drive to Trader Joes & Costco.
It's our go to place for when we visit Seattle. So affordable and we love having a kitchen, which saves a lot on restaurants!

Clean room, and convenient to workplace

Posted Oct 30, 2016 on Hotels
This is what you expect for an ESA. They do a good job of taking care of guests, both long and short term. I always stay here when working in this part of Seattle. Jesse, the evening front desk host is great. He knows the guests by name, and is always there to be of assistance however he can. WiFi was acting up while I was there, but otherwise this room was as anticipated.
