Couldn't make the stay !

I booked a non smoking room, I signed up a paper upon checking stating non smoking room, yet I went to the room and it smell horrible, I stayed there for exactly 10 min and I was already wore the smell
I went out to get some food and thought I would check with the reception if was me smoking or non smoking,
after deep looking the guy who was very nice to me told me that it was smoking room but couldn't do anything much about it but to suggest to me to look for other hotel and will refund me the money.
I had to look around without internet access for a hotel to spend the night, it wasn't convenience at all
I checked back with the before heading home and they were right, I wasn't charged

We sincerely apologize we did not have a non smoking room for you to be able to enjoy your stay with us. We regularly deep clean our suites to help prevent this from being such a discomfort for our very sensitive guests.
