Very close to Microsoft campus

Hotel was quiet and very convenient for Microsoft. However, the carpet felt dirty and the sheets on the bed did not feel clean. Front desk staff was pleasant.

Value for money

Pros: Convenient location - close to good transport hubs, the independence of the kitchenette
Cons: Housekeeping - I was there a week and they didn't visit even to empty the bins
Location: Great location - opposite one end of MS main Campus. Quiet lots of parking. I walked to Cross Roads (156th and 8th) and Overlake Plaza for shopping
The pluses - were helpful staff and the independence of having the kitchenette. As I'd travelled from the UK I was significantly jet lagged for all my stay. The kitchen enabled me to eat and prepare simple meals when I wanted (usually around 2am). Trader Joes was a few minutes walk away and did lots of healthy quick to prepare options. I never made it to restuarants though Crossroads Food Hall was useful (156th and 8th)

Nice room for two persons

Location: Close to microsoft campus and redmond mall! Nice to pay a visit
The hotel has nice environment,room is okay with a small kitchen. However,i booked a room for four adults but there was only one bed in the room... Would be better if there is a pot for boiling water in the room

I am still trying to get a receipt. I've called 3 straight days to request email of receipt of my stay and keep getting answering service and requesting either callback or email. Very disappointing.

Quiet area close to Microsoft Campus

Pros: Quiet location and more homey feel.
Cons: All dishes and some basic items not stocked in the room
Location: Several restaurants, shopping, parks and Microsoft Training Campus within walking distance
Just an overnight stay to attend a run event. We had a 11:00 am check-out but we asked to extend this for a couple of extra hrs to allow us to clean up after our event. They were able to accommodate our request without much fuss. We in turn tried to be quick about our needs.

Nothing nice to say

The hotel management over reacted to a very tired a drank visitor in a manner that can only be defined as racist. Instead of letting the visitor me get some rest a sober up the asked me to leave the property and all the hotels in the area were fully booked at that time.

Nice hotel on the web, disappointing in fact ...

Pros: Easy access , quiet during the week end , free parking
Cons: Definitly the 'breakfast' , which is rather snaking to take away . It is ok if you like peanut butter snacks !
Location: 25 minutes driving to center of seattle
Nice room , conform to the picture . However , kitchen not furbished at all . No service on sunday ! And no linen for sofa bed . Fortunatly our kid had his sleeping bag

We do offer housekeeping service for our guests staying 7 nights or longer, with service available sooner for a minimal fee. Our full size kitchens do offer a full set of complimentary dishes, available at the Front Desk upon request. We will do a better job communicating to this to our guests. We hope that you will give us the opportunity to provide you with a better stay the next time you're in the area.

Hotel grounds was dirty... Trash left everywhere. Our room smelled musty and there were red fingerprints on our bathroom door. Pretty gross. Oh and their "breakfast" consisted of cheap prepackaged muffins that tasted like cardboard. Only decent thing was at least they had coffee.

I would stay away from this hotel.

From outside this hotel looks nice and has a good location. Highlights: * Quiet and nice location Lowlights: * Bad smell in the room, and the staff says there is no room to swap. They told us it is because of the cooking done by previous residents in the room. * Bathroom clogged. * The used towel in the bath tub when we checked in. * The sheet on the bed is not clean. * Free breakfast is at the small check-in counter, no seats and tables. Just coffee and muffin.
