"This was my second stay at this hotel. It’s a convenient location, walking distance to pike place market and space needle areas. There are a lot of eateries nearby as well. It was a bit more crowded in the lobby which made waiting for the one elevator a little longer than usual. A lot of people from cruises stayed here. Also, we were told our room was ready and when we got to the room, it wasn’t clean or even prepared for guests. The fridge was in the bathroom, the bed linens were on the ground- and our luggage was not in the room. We had to go back down to the lobby and get the correct room which was a little annoying at the end of a long day but it was quickly fixed and we were given our correct room. The front desk apologized. This is a no frills hotel but it’s clean, convenient, and reasonably priced. I would stay here again. "

"This hotel is located within a 10 minute walk from Pike Place Market along with many other Seattle attractions and good eats. Check in and check out were quick and easy. I didn't need any services or have questions so I can't rate the employees. I booked a king urban premium room for myself and it was roomy. There is a separate toilet, sink and shower along with a huge soak tub! The bed was very comfy. They lock the doors after hours so you have to use your key card to get in and the elevators are secure. I did not eat in their restaurant but I saw the bar was very small with only 3 bar stools which were occupied by a group when I tried to go to the bar. Since the hotel is located near some great bars and restaurants I opted to walk to a nearby establishment for food and drinks. I do wish they would let their guests know upon check in or on their website there is some street construction going on on 8th Avenue. The construction is not the hotel's fault but offering the option to have a room on the other side of the hotel would've been nice. The construction didn't bother me but keep this in mind if you're planning to book a room."
