Read some of the other reviews before staying here & feel I should address a couple points that were raised:
-You'll get an email with instructions on how to access the apartment, they are clear and detailed, and the responses to questions are pretty quick. I managed to check in with a minimum of fuss.
-It's an apartment, so yes, you need to lock the door yourself. Treat it as you would your own apartment and just use common sense.
-It (or at least, the apartment I had) does unfortunately overlook the back of the building and thus the garbage collection, who are not shy about making a racket at 5am or so. This obvs isn't under control of the owners.
-There were a few scuff marks on the walls around the bed where I stayed - not sure what people have been doing to cause those...
The apartment itself was otherwise clean and in good condition, fully stocked with the basics i.e. TP, cleaning supplies - I did not have to purchase anything from the local stores except my own food/drink. Lot of storage space too.
Location is great - there is a coffee shop opposite, a store on the corner, and you have walking distance to several places to eat. Downtown is walkable and there are also bus, tram and light rail stops nearby (it's about 30-40 minutes to the airport, max)
TV is basic (no premium channels etc)
What I'd say is if you're looking for a place to just hold your stuff and provide a bed while you visit, this is ideal. If you want to be pampered etc then book a hotel.
