Needs improvement

Pros: Upgrades needed especially for the expensive price charged in the summer months

Location: good location in Bellevue 0 main attraction
We waited more than 30 minutes and had to call twice to get some more clean towels. The room really looked aged especially the bathrooms. There were aged old stains and the bath tub floor had aged stains on it that we felt uncomfortable and had to put a towel on top of it. We had a room that faced all the vents and pipes. They should have covered most of the windows so you can only see the top portion which will be the light and sky. That way guests don't have to view all the stains and dirt on the ground and the vents and pipes. Most disappointing stay

Cons: The bathroom sink faucet was loose... ...and the water stopper would not close therefore the sink would not hold water.

Wouldn't stay again

Dirty glass in the room, mirror in room smudged and dusty, elevators look like they've never been cleaned, funky smell in room. Expected much more!!!!! Will never venture away from my courtyard marriott again

Not what we expected for a Hilton!

Bathroom hadn't been cleaned on the floor since last guests were there I'm sure....hair and dirt and who knows what. We laid down pool towels on the floor to avoid the last persons stuff. Pillows had spots on them (2 total) and rooms weren't very quite. Heard the next door persons baby crying for 20mins at 6am....lovely. Breakfast we thought was free but concluded it was $18 for buffet...it was cheaper to eat off the menu so that's what we did. Waitress was hardly friendly and too busy for one person Won't be coming back!

Excellent staff!

We travel from Spokane every year to Bellevue for our daughters birthday. Each year the staff goes above and beyond to make us welcome! This year they upgraded us to a suite and got our daughter a cake for her birthday! We will never stay anywhere else!

Pleasant experience. Although old, rooms clean and comfy. Nice staff. Good location near restaurants on Main Street. Easy to park.

My room wasn't the cleanest. Stains in the bathtub made me not want to shower...bed was pretty hard, the room smelled musty and strange. Overall I wish I would've spend an extra $20 and stayed somewhere nicer. Not worth it

Clean, comfortable and friendly

Pros: great customer experience
Location: Great location to nearby Bellevue center and easy access to downtown Seattle
After a bad hotel experience down the street we checked into the Hilton in Bellevue and found it to be one of the best hotel experiences we have had. Great location, very clean, but best of all was the very helpful and friendly staff.

Ok but lacks modern touch

Check in was good, room was below expectation as booked executive floor, Condition of the room was just average, lacks all the modern touch, interior was outdated, carpets were worn out, bathroom and beds were outdated Staff was excellent, very polite and caring Though it says family hotel but no kids related facilities I woul not recommend for family for the price quoted
