Could be great, but not great customer sercive

Not even 1 night of the 6 night stay did they both clean our room and get us fresh towels. I had the cleaners argue with me that they couldn't come back 10min later because they got off work an hour from now and they don't want to work past their shift.

The beds were uncomfortable, pee around base of toilet when we got there. The room was spacious. For that price we shouldn't have had to pay for parking, but was nice that there was no charge for holiday parking.

Customer Service Tainted The Experience

Pros: The best experience came from the Basil restaurant. Every waiter and waitress went out of their way to make us feel at home.
Cons: Better Customer Service. See above in the Experience section.
Location: Its a shuttle drive away from Bellevue Square Mall. We went the snowflake show which was fun. The Seattle Children's museum & Museum of Flight.
It was my wife and our two kids. Overall I rate the experience 2 out of 5 stars. 1. Room Cleaners: The first full day we were there we had room service come at 4:10pm to clean the room. I asked the gentleman if he could come back in 10min. He proceeded to argue with me that he would not be able to clean our room because his shift ended at 5pm. After a few minutes I negotiated to have him come back in 10min after we were gone and he could clean the room. Do guest need to negotiate to get their rooms cleaned? In addition to that, every single day of the six days that we stayed there, the cleaners forgot to leave us with towels or did not take the garbage out of our room. 2. Out of Order Dryer - Coins: The reason for this is not for the dryer being out. It is that my wife went to the front desk, got coins from them and was never told the dryer was out of order. I phoned down to the front desk and asked what could be done. He said that my wife can go to the front desk and for laundry detergent. I explained that she had her hands full and asked if there was any possibility to bring it to her - I was told "she can just come to the front desk and get it". Then I was hung up on. It may be a small thing, but it felt out of place at Hilton. 3. 9th Floor Customer Service: The expresso machine is one of those things that is so awesome it just makes the whole stay better. Unfortunately it was out of order about 80% of the time.

Great hotel with friendly staff

We were there for our anniversary and the staff did a great job making it a special trip. The room service was really fast and delicious, and the room was very clean.

opened door on check out day

The hotel staff was nice when we first arrived and the room was clean for our "staycation." But then someone opened the door on our 2 night checkout day. Good thing my husband was awake and packing up already. More than a bit disturbing!!!!

Great hotel

Checking in went smoothly and front desk personnel where very friendly and helpful. The free hotel parking was a plus as we thought it was paid parking. The room was clean and comfortable. The fitness facility is average, not as big as others but has everything you need. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Great rooms and staff

Pros: Architecture is iconic and rooms are large.
Location: Great shopping and near the highway.
Staff was friendly, helpful and rooms were clean. They accommodated a late check out for us. There was a dog show on at the hotel and sometimes the elevators smelled of dogs.

Repeat Hawk weekend

This was our second stay at this hotel in the past month. My wife and I travel to get to the Seahawks games and have found that the Hilton in Bellevue works perfectly for us. Close enough to the stadium for a short jaunt in the morning, but not getting ravaged by the ridiculous Seattle downtown hotel prices. The hotel is close to all of the awesome shopping, restaurants, and night life in Bellevue to make this a good home base.
