There was glass from a broken window outside in the parking lot made me feel unsafe to leave my car parked there. Receptionist was great. Yet when I got to my room the bathroom was not cleaned the toilet had bm from who knows when there was wrappers of opened soaps in the bathtub there was no soap or shampoo in there either there was no hand soap.

The hotel was clean and kept up nicely. Its located in an industrial area so you have to drive a little for stores or food.

Pandemic is over. Why the housekeeping services are provided every other day during stay. Can I pay only every other day? At least, empty trash should be done daily.

In Renton area, free parking is a major plus. Very affordable price. Clean room, well maintained. Staff gave me a one-bed room while I booked for two-bed room. Eventually change to a two bed room but only 2 sets of towels. Housekeeping was announced as every other day. They really try to reduce service. Breakfast is very standard but is an add on $15 pp. I can get the same breakfast somewhere else included.

I have stayed at another location before, and I came back because the beds were so comfortable. I was not disappointed. Comfortable beds. Nice fluffy soft pillows. Clean room. Very friendly staff. My only disappointment was that I checked in right after a busload of teens. Them and their teacher were all calling out to each other in the hallway, between rooms at 7:30 in the morning. Lol. Common sense & common courtesy is so great to have when you're sharing public spaces.

Only good for business trip or just to sleep. Bar & restaurant are closed on weekends. Staff mentioned it’s only open during the week for business travelers. Which pretty sucks to not allow all or have all amenities open daily specifically on weekends. Not family friendly hotel. Location is ducked off surrounded only by other hotels. No restaurants or shopping centers within walking distance, but a 10/15 min drive you will run into food, stores, etc. Staff were really kind and sweet. Room and property was clean and decent. That’s about the only good parts.

Expedia had it listed as near SEA Tac airport, it does not have a shuttle. Staff bent over backwards to be helpful and made it a great night. Bus is easy to use, frequent. Could uber to monorail or train station. $30-40 for private transport. The restaurant on site was economical, solid unpretentious but well made and served. Somewaht limited hours, but pleasant dining experience, bar available.

The main entry and area is very clean and bright - they've done a good job making it welcoming. The room was fine - nice size with a microwave and mini fridge. The space is really nice to have and not feel cramped. The bathroom door wouldn't stay open, which was annoying. But it was clean. The hallways though smelled funny - like cigarette smoke trying to be covered up by bleach.

We always stay at this hotel when we visit Renton. It’s very convenient for everything we need to do and go to, airport, family, shopping etc.The breakfast staff are efficient and friendly. Breakfast is easy and delicious! It’s our go to hotel.

They made our late check in very easy. The room was big and clean - very nice. The breakfast options we felt were a bit pricey so we opted to find a breakfast spot elsewhere, which we weren’t really planning to do. I don’t think we read the fine print and we were not told or reminded of the extra. It was not a big deal, just a little disappointing
