Hotel was in pretty good condition for its age. Rooms were adequate, but were comfortable. The Shower/bath was raised so a little hard to get out of and the ceilings and an overhang in the shower were not built for any one 6' or taller. Other than that I was pleased with the people and the services and would stay there again. Jesse who was the Hotel host was very polite and remembered me as I came down to check out. A bit confusing when you first arrive as the reception desk is an elevator ride to get to the lobby, but a greeter/doorman advised people where to go.

I took two showers during my stay, both of which were cold. When I went to dry my hair still shivering from the cold shower, I found the hairdryer to be cracked open and unsafe. I requested a replacement, which didn’t arrive for 45 mins, right as I was checking out. So I went to the airport cold with wet hair. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the room looked nice. I also conserved water and electricity.

Nice clean rooms. Had a tough time finding the place. The sign is like a large sticker in the window. The front entrance houses no one. You must take the elevator up to find the check in. No signs to direct you. No parking available through the hotel. $49 for overnight. Wouldn’t stay again.

Downtown Seattle has been swarmed by homeless. I witnessed drug use, bum fights and generally crazy behavior. The hotel itself wasn’t bad, but the area surrounding it is terrible.

Clean and modern room. Property was right downtown, within walking distance of the boardwalk/ waterfront, although it is quite the uphill trek on the way back up. Staff were very friendly and kind. Alexis was working the front desk when we checked in, she was very personable and outgoing. We did eat dinner at the bar and restaurant in the lobby, mostly basic pub food, and casual.

Blinds didn’t work and had to be manually rolled up, you need to pay for a parking pass when you get there or you’ll be stuck with the garage fees. Was not made aware or that, and ended up having to pay double if I just paid for the 50 dollar parking pass, they couldn’t give me a refund. You also share the elevator to the parking garage with crackheads from time to time! The fan in the bathroom didn’t work what so ever. But hey they offer a complimentary breakfast and beer or wine

Staff was very nice and friendly despite constant issue with our room (the A/C was not working and sent 2 people to fix it, did not get fixed) they ended up moving us to a different room. And insufferable issues with room keys as their system was still not up to date yet I guess.

This Hotel is no longer a Hilton. They did not inform customers who had reservations so when we arrived, they had no record of my reservations. they did not provide me with the room I had requested and paid extra for. when booking I paid for a breakfast buffet, and I was provided with coupons for the restaurant. There was no internet. The beds are uncomfortable. The beds are uncomfortable. The front desk, bell man was all very nice. The location was close to the market and with walking distance.
