"Very convenient"
It's an older hotel that has been nicely kept. One Strength is the excellent staff, so friendly and helpful. The room and bed are very comfortable. The bathroom is attractively done in white marble, I think. My only complaint would be that the bathroom floor was extremely slippery! We slid almost as soon as our feet hit the floor. We placed the bathmats on the surfaces to minimize the slickness. I would recommend a rubber based mat to prevent someone from falling. THis was room 204 so I don't know if all the rooms are that way. My husband likes the room dark and the curtains were heavier than sheers but still let in light. Otherwise, we walked easily from there and the staff was superb. I would definitely stay there again.

It was not as close as I was hoping it would be to Pikes Place, the parking garage was about a block away and the decor was a bit dated. The staff were very friendly though, which was great!

"Awesome staff"
We requested a room on higher floor. The staff (Hailey and Raul) was excellent with trying to get us on higher floor. Customer service was excellent and welcoming. Only issue we had was valet charge is way too much and on top of that there's parking fee so we were charged $38.50 for valet and $8.50 for parking fee. With tip we ended up paying almost $60 just for parking for one night.

The best bed I have ever had in a hotel. Would love to take it home with me! Great view from 'partial view ' room. Walking distance to good restaurants and many tourist attractions.

"very comfortable room in a beautiful historic bldg"
I was greeted by the front desk staff as soon as I entered, and given a thorough overview of everything, and easily found my way to my room. Whenever I left or arrived thereafter there was always a doorman to open the door and offer assistance. The room was very spacious with high ceilings and there was ample light from the large windows. The funishings very very comfortable. I appreciated the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful and historic building and I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Seattle.
