This is our second time here in the last 7 months. Very clean, friendly staff. It’s very close to restaurants and shopping, but not loud. Everything is updated. Only drawback is parking. If you get there early, no problem. Otherwise, if you get there late, you have to park in the parking lot of another hotel.

My sister flew in from Alaska and I wanted to have a couple of nights with just me and my sisters. I wanted a safe area with free breakfast, a pool and hot tub and lots of choices for food nearby. This hotel fit the bill. The staff was very nice, the food was good, it was clean and we had a really good time. This is the first time it’s been just the three of us in about 16 years. My heart is full. Thank you Holiday Inn and staff!

From all holiday inn's branches this is the best one I ever experienced. i've been told the hotel Was fully renovated last year and the room i'm staying is awesome

Newly renovated
We stay here once per year except 2022 when it was under renovations. They did a great job renovating and freshening up. Lobby and breakfast area are more open.

Very nice hotel that accepted our cats. Dani was very professional at the front desk. We left a night light in our room and we got it back when I called.

The mattress frame stuck out from the side of the mattress and hooked my wife PJ pants and she (81 yr) fell but was not seriously hurt. We told two staff members and hope it gets fixed

Great Stay
The woman at the check in desk was so friendly, helped get our luggage out of the car and then helped bring it to our room! This was a Holiday Inn Express not the Biltmore but she made us feel like it was. The room was updated, clean and the beds were really comfortable.

This was an accessible room but so small the person in the wheelchair had to constantly move for others moving in the room. The bathroom was accessible and good.

Great stay for a bad trip
I had to stay for not so great reason but was helped by very friendly staff who were responsive when I need a remote for the tv. Everything was great!
