The room was really dirty. There was hair and...stuff stuck to the towels, and a used dental floss pick next to the bed. It looked like a small blood stain on the blanket, and it looked like it had not been vacuumed. There was hair and bits on the floor. And the floor felt sticky. There was also no hot water... I waired for 10 min and the water never got more than room temp.

Staff was excellent and very accommodating - especially Keith at the front desk. Our stay was over a week which is not normal for us, we were confined to the room more than normal so I would say for this that the room needed more light.

The location is great, the staff were ok (serious attitude, Im not sure why). We had an issue with our room toilet, when we flush it, the water continues to leak. They moved us to a second room, which had the same issue but a bit better (less water leak), at that point we didn’t ask them to change the room. You guys need to change the toilet flushing valves for all the rooms, they are old. And please ask your front desk staff to welcome the guest with a smile.
